From there, the young woman who helped me went right to work on ensuring the package I needed shipped was set just right: she got the most fitting size box for me, printed the mailing slip I had in an email, etc. She was so on point with everything. Interestingly, although this FedEx location is farther away from me (than the Rock Rd one), I deliberately chose it because of previous positive reviews.
