There was a guy at the door asking people if they needed help and we did. My daughter needed a chair and we had to come in earlier to look at them. But when we got to the back, it was not in stock and we would need to order it. No problem, he could get it shipped to my house for free he thought. We went to a middle kiosk and ordered it in a very short time (with free shipping and it did arrive the next day!) He also help me find the right plastic mat for the chair to roll on. And he carried the mat all the way to the front. Last of all, they were running a deal where if you got one of those plastic things for chairs and the chair you got a special discount, and he made sure the cashier gave me the discount and offered to carry the bulky mat to the car for us. After a long day at work yesterday evening I stopped at office max in-order to get some supplies for my home office. ERIC helped me find what I needed, he was very professional and patient. He took time to answer my questions. He did not rush me, I was very pleased with the service that I received. I wish most businesses had people like ERIC. I will definitely come back and hopefully ERIC will be at work on that day. People like ERIC give a good image about the companies they work for. Wow, talk about run down. This place leaves a lot to be desired for an office supply store. I'll admit, I've been shopping at Staples more in recent years, but I've been to other Office Max stores too, and they've been much more updated--nothing like this one. The lighting is bad and it just seems really old, dirty and unkept. On the plus side, I found an item I was looking for that was out of stock at Staples, and it was cheaper! I can't say I will be eager to shop here again though...I mean, it was a memorable experience...just not in a good way. read more

Yay! I received the printer within 3-5 business days and was relieved to find the printer in intact condition. I've used my awesome Samsung printer for about a month or so now and it's going great! I now get Office Max coupons sent to me (save $10 for every $50 spent type of deal). read more

Maybe the store itself is fine and wonderful but I needed their print services and the man behind the counter was not helpful at all. First of all, he was very rude, treated me like I didn't know anything about anything. Wouldn't answer a single question straight and was very condescending. Everything I asked for he said he couldn't do and I wasn't asking for anything out of the ordinary, just business cards and double sided printing. I was amazed at how rude he was and how little he seemed to know about what he was doing. I'll never use an Office Max Impress Print Center again. read more

I took my wedding invitations here to be printed in color and cut to size. I worked mainly with Tyler in the print center and he was wonderful and put me at ease! He seemed to care more about the invitations aligning than I did, which was great. He kept me updated about when the project would be done. And, they quickly did a free re-print when there was a mistake (not their fault, honest mistake). I'd definitely recommend having your wedding invitations printed here! read more

Incompetent staff and horrible customer service. I went in to buy an office chair, because the box that the chair comes in was too big to fit in my car I had to have the chair delivered. The delivery took a few days and when it arrived it was the incorrect model. When I called the store to inform them and see what they would do to help me the store manager said going through the delivery service again would take a long time to deal with so he would just deliver the correct chair himself... a week later. Well the guy never showed up, so again I call the store and a different store manager tells me that the other store manager lost my phone number and was unable to call me to tell me that the correct chair model was sold out now and they couldn't replace my chair. So now I have to wait another week for the delivery guys to come pick up the wrong chair and I won't get a refund until they pick it up. This would have been the 3rd or 4th chair I would've bought from office depot, but after this experience I will never give them my business again. read more
