But, this location was in the vicinity of where I was running errands today, so it worked out. The store is located towards the back of The Promenade and parking seems to be geared towards smaller cars. There's parking right out front, so that's a plus. I was surprised that the store was as big as it was and offered a decent selection of office supplies for purchase as well as copying and printing services. When I brought my box to the counter, the worker was professional and helpful in making sure that the pre-paid return label was correct and was very kind to help me with a little snafu (on my part) with the bar code. Because she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, I am now less hesitant to do business with FedEx, particularly with this store.

I spoke with Amber - I hope I'm getting her name right because she was so pleasant and courteous. I described the photo I found. She pulled it up. I described a few small changes I wanted to make and Amber obliged. The total price was very reasonable and well within the amount I wanted to spend, even after adding a small balloon bouquet. The day of delivery, I received a photo of the final product and another photo of the delivery at the dorm door, and another follow up text that it was accepted at the door. This momma's heart was put at ease. My kiddo even send me a photo several days later to say Look how big this lilly is!! Thank you, Drea's Flowers for making this day very special.

The other day, I busted a very expensive carbide tipped bandsaw blade and took it to them to weld. The gentleman at the front counter, I wish I'd gotten his name, said he could help me and said he would be right back. I was quite surprised that he could do it while I waited. I asked if I could watch him do it because I'm interested in mechanical processes. He told me it would be kind of boring but I was welcome to watch. This turned out to be a pretty cool experience and he made short work of grinding, welding, and cleaning up my blade. He twisted the 115" bandsaw blade into a neat little three ring compact circle, threw a zip tie on it, and said, "There you go, no charge." I gasped, "Really?!" He replied, "Yep, just buy your next blades from us." My kind of handshake-type people right there! You can bet your butt I'll be buying my next band saw blade from them! I highly recommend them for custom bandsaw blades, sharpening, and repair.
