It sounded like a good deal to my boss and I, so I took them up on the offer. The technician came the next day and fixed our sorry, dirty, toner-bleeding printers. [A side note to others, please take it from us: you get what you pay for... if you're buying re-manufactured toner cartridges, spend a little more for quality ones.] I'm happy to report they're running just fine now. We liked their attentive service so much that we also ordered our drums and toners from them too, which are of great quality and competitive prices. To sum it up?
