I came in before I brought my packages in to the store and spoke with Mike to make sure they could accommodate me. I explained to him I had nine 8 foot packages that weighed around 5 pounds each I needed to ship to Texas. He said it would be no problem and to bring them in. Once I got there they tried telling me shipping was going to be TWICE as expensive than what I bought the entire products and shipping for. I called in on Thursday for some very last minute memorial cards. Problem was I only had a jpeg of the photo and a word document with a poem. I needed 50 in English and 50 in Spanish. I didn't see the email with the proof until 408pm. I approved it and called to let them know it was amazing. At 5pm I walked in and picked up the most beautiful memorial cards ever! I got dozens of compliments at the 6pm rosary. Ran out so fast at 6am this morning I emailed in an order for 20 more of each. The price beat 2 other print shops out of the water. Their communication was timely and accurate, sending them the job file was simple, their printing work (printed, folded and stapled) was outstanding. So glad I found VC Digital. I had been to two other FedEx locations to return an oversize package and no one could take it. The first told me they didn't have the ability to scan the QR code I was sent, the second told me the package was too big and they didn't have space for it.
