They did not come across as sales-y and instead struck up a very congenial conversation with me. Everyone in the office was very kind. They printed out a bunch of American and British Trees of Rock and Roll and they gave them to me, which I will put up in my apartment! Had a really great experience there and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a printer and outstanding customer service.

I didn't want a bunch of random lights in the first place and it's not my responsibility to go out of my way to fix your mistakes . I left the lights on the front porch to be picked up. they did warranty work again last month and have called a couple times threatening to sue me for non payment but won't answer the phone or send an invoice just leave a message and evidently out of all of the employees at the company the only one that can process the payment is the one who won't answer when I call. I will not do business with them again.

HVAC! SOMEBODY STOP ME! Well, lighting fixtures are right up there with things that are exciting as hell when you're designing a home. Metro Lighting came through for us, specifically Joni. I was after two things: a dining room light fixture, and a kitchen light fixture. After browsing the showroom, I found a light for the dining room that I absolutely loved, and thought would go perfect in our space. You can imagine how crushed I was when I learned it was on backorder for a long time. Joni told me she'd check with the purchasing team to see if I could have the display, and to call back the next day. I did call the next day with all of the hope in the world, but unfortunately she was given a big fat "no". I asked about another lighting fixture for the kitchen, and started to make peace with the fact that I couldn't have that amazing light for the dining room. (See the photo! It really is that good.) I got a call back a few hours later with the status of the second light fixture, as well as the BEST NEWS EVER that I was able to buy that display light! I cannot explain how much I appreciated her hard work and convincing, and can't wait to hang both lights in our newly purchased home. This truly was customer service at its best. We will absolutely be back whenever we need something else, and I look forward to another great experience.

Instead of helping me, I was just told "oh well!" And when I tried to walk out I was accused of shop lifting even though all of the things were left in the bag at the self check out. It was insane honestly and really embarrassing. They don't have the best selection of clothes and they seem to always be disorganized when I'm in. Target is always a little more than other places, but when you're in a decent store it's worth it for the better selections. I've just never had a good time at this particular Target store.

Wife kept stressing we need those receipts bc some of the books are Barnes n noble editions which are known to have misprints and without a receipt we can't get that replaced. They also have a great selection of magazines, special gifts for the book lovers in your life, and I always seem to find something good in the clearance area. The staff is helpful in finding whatever you're looking for.
