We told one of the sales associates that we were just looking (because who wants someone hovering while you are shopping) and he stayed away. However, he kept an eye out on us in a good way because adverb we had a question, he quickly made himself available. Then he would give us our space again. That was amazing! It's good to read your potential buyers and not hover. The prices were decent with nice quality furniture. Stopped by to pick one up, only to find that the prices are actually $60 and $65. (More for a frame with wheels.) Person working there just said "I guess the boss hasn't updated the website in a while. Stuff just costs more now." Not a huge deal, but would suggest either keeping the pricing updated or remove it from the site if they won't honor it. I would also suggest going through the store and updating the signs. There are multiple in the store with spelling and grammar mistakes. Looks unprofessional. Might want to go ahead and remove some of them too, seems like every surface in the store has a homemade sign on it. Frame was in stock and associate loaded it in my car for me. Very nice. Have bought from here before and will probably buy again, but will confirm pricing in person before planning a purchase.

The technician for today never showed up, but lied to his supervisor that he left here a half hour ago. No missed calls, texts, emails, and nothing on my ring camera. So now we have to wait a couple of weeks for the next available appointment. It took me over an hour between chatting and phone calls to accomplish this. When I called, I had two hangups. Had to call a third time. I now have a headache from all of this nonsense. The sales department is great, but the service dept. is as bad as it can possibly be.
