After patiently listening to her situation, he graciously steered her away from spending her money and gently implied that the computer wasn't showing signs of damage, and if she positioned her hands differently on the sensitive tracking pad, it might stop erasing her entries. She was feeling a little embarrassed because she would have to tell her ride that the trip was unnecessary, but Bryce said "just tell them the computer tech wasn't smart enough to fix it" and keep the rest to herself. That was just the sweetest way to handle an elderly client. He was patient and kind and I just wanted everyone to know how amazing Bryce was. And he acknowledged me when I entered even as he was helping the lady ahead of me. Then when it was my turn, he handled my issue with ease. Great job, great worker.

While they still do have some office supplies, it's completely different from what I remember it to be. I noticed a few Yelpers posting food containers and various party supplies and that's what brought me in a few weeks ago when I needed some containers to place food in for an event. I was surprised to see so many different options! From plastic containers to eco-friendly containers. Square. Round. Small. Big. They even had takeout containers like from Chinese restaurants. They basically have mostly everything you would need to throw a big party or event. Large platters, serving dishes, disposable cups, bowls, plates, utensils. They have cake boxes, cupcake holders, rice paddles, tongs, serving spoons. I could go on and on! Everything was reasonably priced as well and you could buy them individually. Some stores require you to buy the whole pack or have a minimum # you must order, but if you just need one or two items, you can get it at Hopaco! Refer to my photos for all the different options.

So here I am at the mall looking for a solution to my problems. Visit number one was on my birthday. I finally made that executive decision to upgrade my phone plus my watch. Cause why not. They had a watch I liked in stock so I got to take that home on my very first visit. Except I already knew I'd need extra storage for my little iPhone photography hobby. So that needed to be special ordered. The following week my phone arrived so I'm back at the store working on my transfer. Except it started at fifteen minutes & worked itself all the way up to nine hours. Figured I should just go home & come back the next day to finish my trade in. Luckily on all three visits I had the opportunity to work with Bronson. His customer service was pleasantly refreshing. He would greet customers, find out what they were in for, either help them on the spot, inform them of a small wait time or get someone to help them out. When you're working solo or with a team time management skills are very valuable to any business. Bronson definitely knew how to problem solve to effectively get their customers in & out in a timely manner. Even the small talk like in my case happy birthday or welcome back. Can really leave a positive impression by making a customer feel valued or remembered from the last visit. Plus before I left today he helped me with some other questions I had with my account. I think I talked to Sherri on the phone. She was nice and polite. She confirmed that I could drop off my golf clubs there for FedEx pickup. I drop over there and dropped off my clubs without any issues. I was worried that they didn't pick up my clubs yet since I didn't get any notifications for pickup delivery but my clubs were picked up and shipped to me in the mainland before I landed.
