And the prices of FexEx are competitive to USPS. The employees here are amazing. Great customer service and super patient. Prices for overnight was about $2 more than the 2-3 day priority shipping desk USPS. Move over USPS. I'm now with FedEx! read more

After doing all you can to resolve your issue with FedEx customer service, store personnel, and website, file a complaint on bbb.org (Better Business Bureau) for FedEx's corporate office in Tennessee. FedEx has an A+ rating on BBB and seems eager to maintain it. Through BBB, FedEx finally resolved my issue in a way that is satisfactory to me. read more

Terrible service. The site supervisor was shocked when I mentioned how unsatisfied their service was. I'm not sure why because he was standing there when their employee flat out shrugged their shoulders and quickly pushed the cart full of boxes my way and walked away just as quickly. I struggled to hold the door open and walked past two stores pushing the cart to realize I was going the wrong way. The cut curb was around the other side. All this could have been avoided if a little customer service was provided. I wasn't expecting anyone to stack boxes for me but a little support would have been fabulous. I walked in to see said employee laughing it up with coworkers when I return the cart. I guess it was just one of those days. So yeah...not thrilled by the lack of service. I went there to print a few documents with my friend and for one they were almost 3 dollars to print one sheet of paper and secondly the lady was super rude the whole time and kept switching between rude and obviously fake nice. I work customer service and I would never think to treat a customer like that over something so small as giving the name to an email. read more

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center is absolutely the biggest RIP OFF and most despicable business on the island of Maui. This business should be shamed off the island or given stink eye so severe they go out of business. Ok, so I'm fired up but here's why. So I needed to open a document , print and fax back to company and my bill for 5 minutes, 15 copies and 15 fax pages was $75...... WTF come on man, this is worse than an eye gouge from HULK HOGAN.... I literally could have purchased a fax machine for that amount and donated it to charity for that overpriced service... Plus I think the slow internet service is purposely designed to rip you off, cause I can't think of another reason for it take forever to get to email on there system. Built in profit system to build a bigger bill. Who charges $1.89 per page to fax anything these days, that's a VIOLATION don't ya think. And the kicker is you don't even have a helper assisting you cause it's all self service. As long as you have a credit card..... So enjoy the $75 you vampires! This review involves the staff at my closest FedEx Store AND subsequent interaction with FedEx Service. As a favor for good friends here on Maui, some months ago I was authorized to pick up a large mortgage check from a local bank on their behalf and immediately take it to the FedEx store and request the fastest shipping possible to Arizona, for the closing of a real estate purchase. I emphasized that this 15 oz envelope needed to be delivered ASAP, and was assured that it would arrive at the house of my friend's daughter by 10:00 a.m. the following Wednesday and assured by a young man working there that, if it arrived late, I would receive a full refund. There were other staff members and an assistant manager there at the time, and no one corrected his statement. It cost $58.44 to ship this less than 1lb envelope, but I knew it was very urgent. On the date when the envelope was due to be delivered, my friend waited most of the day at her daughter's house (who was at work), but the envelope never arrived. She checked to see if she could pick it up at a FedEx location, but was told that the envelope was still in Oakland, CA! The closing had to be postponed and my friend offered to reimburse me, but I assured her that I was specifically told on-time delivery was guaranteed so I would receive a refund from FedEx (it arrived somewhat later on the following day). I returned to the Kahului FedEx store and first spoke with the assistant manager, Gain Okamura, and soon afterwards the manager, Angie, who tried to help me but could not get the computer to issue a refund. I was advised to contact FedEx Revenue Services at 800 622 1147, which I immediately called after that visit. I was advised that my friend's daughter had put in a credit request as she had a FedEx account, and it would be refunded on my credit card. All this was an Absolute Lie, but managed to put me past the supposedly 2-week refund claim period (which I knew Nothing about! I was instructed to "submit an invoice" - it was NOT my error, I had no computer or printer access, and FedEx should have made it good and honored their guarantee (I was later told by a new FedEx store manager, Steve, that the young man no longer worked there, as my experience was part of the reason). I later returned and met the new store manager, Steve, who reprinted my receipt and apparently requested my refund again (in the meantime, Barclays Bank Hawaiian Airlines declined the dispute I filed!). I STILL feel that I was very badly treated and lost all faith in FedEx. Steve was supposed to follow up, but am not sure that he did - and this is the reason why this senior with several physical disabilities STILL feels ripped off for almost $60. To add insult to injury, FedEx Revenue Service Dept. rep completely lied to me and I didn't discover this until much later when I learned there is only a 2-week refund claim period. I will also be reporting them to the BBB and FTC. The local store manager said they had no way of refunding me, and too much time has passed to ask my friend to pay the shipping fee. read more

I absolutely loathe having to use this place, worst customer service ever. There's one auntie there that can be pretty rad, she even custom cut a box for me and was very helpful and pleasant while doing it but the others are cannon fodder. The worst one is the BIG guy, I think he's a manager but he's a huge pain and EXTREMELY unprofessional. He charged me for a box (4/07/2024) when the express overnight label that is already extra pricey and includes a box but he wouldn't accept that answer. Then the next time (today 4/15/2024)I go to ship another package out I have it there at 0815 and he tries to make me pay to print out the label when again it's provided and a stick on label they print out. Then he has the audacity to set my overnight package aside to miss the pickup, I had this dropped off and labeled with receipt in my hand with a time stamp of 0830. 1130 rolls around and the receiver says the tracking says it arrived after shipping hours! I always recommend people shipping anything of value to me to usps because they are outstanding here and very professional even for being federal employees read more

This location is amazing! On the mainland im used to long lines and at least 24-72 hour wait time to have my documents bound. I walked in, waited for the customer in front of me to ship a package and then immediately I was taken care of and my documents (219 pages) were bond in a spiral book for under $8! The former Kinko's is now a FedEx Office. We stopped here to have some funeral programs made. We did the original document at home on MS Word and put it on a jump drive and brought it in. Cynthia was our friendly and helpful associate. She took the time and printed samples on different colored papers to make sure the text was readable, and went well with the picture. She also gave valued advice on the layout and spacing. The 8 1/2 x 11" foldable color program came out to about $1.30 per page. Cynthia also helped us enlarge a picture of our loved one, which came out really nice and not pixelated despite it being a pretty old photograph. The 18 x 23.5" blowup was an affordable $35 and finished on a foam core. We were able to get a 20% discount on the entire bill by doing a short automated survey over the phone. Nice! OVERALL: Great service, fair pricing, convenient services, NOT open 24/7. read more

Assistant Manger Daniel refused to print out emails for my partner from the stores public email box and became rude when asked why he would not provide this basic service offered on stores business card. He made my Partner so upset she needed to leave the store. After a short break to get something to eat we went back to the Store and were helped by another Assistant Manager Gain who printed out the documents with a smile. Thank-You Gain. I have since called the Store Manger to ask Why? My partner was refused service by Daniel other then brief apology during the phone call and a " I will look into to it and get back to you" I have not heard anything from the Manager in over a week. Staring at screens like I did the first time I saw Prince of Persia on my IBM PS2 desktop in 1986. Once at the register, explaining your needs is daunting and taxing. Another example of how to take $ from people &try to eke out another $5.00 for your bottom line. Computer use-35 cents a minute. Printer sends out confusing messages, gobbling up minutes-more money out of your pocket. Ask for tape to label on package that cost you twice what it would have if printed at home. They tell you to buy another roll of tape. $5.00 more. Come on! Is there such a thing as customer service, that crazy concept about WANTING return customers? I guess not. I went to pick up my package today at this Fed Ex location on Dairy Rd. While I was asking about my package The clerk named Jeremy started speaking to the man behind me asking where his money was and verbally demeaning him and getting angry raising his voice and being completely unprofessional and confrontational with him. After he was done yelling at this guy he walked away from the counter and just left me standing there confused and packageless. I walked out because I was uncomfortable and I thought maybe he was going to return and get physical with this guy behind me. I understand that personal situations occur in people's private lives but you should leave that at your door and not bring that to work with you. That put me in an extremely uncomfortable situation and I still don't have my package. I have to return to that store unfortunately to retrieve my package I just hope that same fed ex clerk is not there!!! read more

We went in half an hour before closing time and had to print out 100 copies of our mothers funeral programs which were due 9am the following morning. The worker named GAIN, helped us with pleasure. Mind you, we are young adults ranging from 18-25 years old and we have no idea how to plan a funeral let alone make a funeral program. So you can imagine us scrambling trying to make everything happen. Anyways, we went in with hopes hanging by a thread and Gain was our Angel on earth. He printed our copies and gave us a survey discount after overhearing our financial struggles. He gave us his condolences and he put our heart at ease. Do not use these people. They are dishonest. One of their drivers was supposed to deliver an important item to me by 5 pm on a recent Friday. I stayed home all day waiting for the delivery. Then I got a text saying delivery was attempted, which is an outright lie (I was there all day...no knock, no doorbell, no post-it note on the door). The driver lied because she wanted to get back to HQ and start her weekend. This is deceitful and unprofessional conduct, to say the least. Please don't reward these folks with your business. Normally, I wouldn't review a FedEx Office location. But this place totally came through on a DIY wedding item after every single FedEx & printing shop I went to -- including at least 4 FedEx locations in Los Angeles -- told me they couldn't do what I was asking for. Basically, I procrastinated and couldn't get personalized stickers made for my candy bar buffet bags so I decided to DIY the stickers. I got specialty stickers from Paper Source in Santa Monica and made the labels on my computer thinking I could just take the stickers & labels to any FedEx Kinkos and get it printed. Nope, every location I took the stickers to said it couldn't be done because the stickers were an odd size & would jam up the printers. When I called this location, they told me to come and they would try their best. Thinking I was going to be set up for disappointment, but still hopeful, I went in & they tinkered on their computer until they figured out a way to make the stickers work. The end product came out perfectly & they looked fabulous on our candy bags. When you're a frazzled bride trying to get all the "to dos" checked off the list, people who go out of their way to help are a God-send. This particular Kinkos-Fed/Ex store is really customer oriented. I don't use this type of service often, but I am familiar with the general layout of the operation. The personnel were exceedingly courteous, and the work was outstanding! I still can't believe what a great job they did on a 600 page copying job, that required duplication of tabs, and some extra-large inserts. Customer service sucks. Nobody in here smiles, except at each other. 3 hours in here only 2 other people, around 5p. And we had to constantly go and ask for help. They'd answer your question and leave. Wouldn't take it a step further and really help. Went back a few nights later, the kid actually took my son in the back room behind the counter and claimed the machines were down so couldn't do anything. However, I don't like trips to this store when I need help from the employees. Once you get their attention, it's fine, but when I stand at the counter it shouldn't take minutes to be acknowledged.
