I had a great experience from the time I contacted them to the end of the process. They were friendly while booking, listened to me and were realistic with pricing. They got me in as soon as they could as well. I have a strange parking situation and they were able to text the night before to tell me how many were coming etc. The two women that cleaned were so nice. They worked really hard and listened to my concerns. When I came back the place looked great. I paid extra for them to do the stove/ oven and it looked brand new. I feel comfortable moving my things in now due to their attention to detail. I would use their services again, will most likely have them come in a month or so to do a light cleaning. The stove was barely touched other than a quick wipe down. The window sills and any fixtures weren't touched. There was actually a dead beetle left right out on the bathroom window sill. They didn't even touch the tub by the looks of it. I have now done it all myself and asked her for at least half my money back but she just kept talking over me and saying god bless you at the end!!
