Hamlet is a not for profit organisation that takes on locals facing barriers to employment and helps get them experience and learning opportunities. The day we were in for breakfast, one of our waitresses had a very strong accent and another was in for her first day, so perhaps it's important to know what Hamlet's all about because I think it helps you temper your expectations of the wait staff.
