It felt very targeted and unnecessary, especially considering I had literally just paid. What made it worse was that as soon as I walked away, she walked away too, which made it obvious her behavior was directed specifically at me. It came across as profiling and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. No customer should feel watched or singled out after making a purchase. That kind of behavior completely ruins the shopping experience. On a positive note, Lori was absolutely fabulous--friendly, professional, and welcoming. She was the only reason the visit wasn't a complete negative. Unfortunately, because of Marty's behavior, I'd seriously think twice before coming back.
