This is an amazing practice. A family member had a facial trauma to the cheek and lip and were referred to see Dr. Orthlip. We currently have Kaiser insurance and couldn't get an appointment for 12 days to get the wounds looked at and stitches taken out. We then were referred to OG Aesthetics from a nurse we know, and the OG office team spoke with the doctor and he actually fit us in the day I called. He made the time to see us just a few hours after we hung up the phone. It shows how much the office staff and the doctors care for patients. We were not even surgical patients of theirs and they fit us in the day of to look at everything- this is unheard of, just not possible. Not only that but Dr. Orthlip removed the stitches on his off day on July 5th. We are at a loss of words for the gratitude we feel for OG's entire team. I normally wouldn't leave this review but transparency and honesty in pricing matters. I called the office yesterday and asked for pricing on a noninvasive RF microneedling procedure called Morpheus8. While pricing can vary widely across providers, they're generally between the $600-$1.2k range max, and I'm talking about Beverly Hills celeb places at the high end. Most providers will recommend 3 sessions Well, I called and asked for a consultation and pricing. Not only was I quoted $275 for a consultation, they said it was $5k for one session. The person on the phone said "you only need one." I wasn't born yesterday. I've done a significant amount of research and called 10+ places in the Bay Area, LA, Orange and Newport Beach areas to get an idea of cost and "market." When I pushed back and explained I had spoken to manyyyy other places, they offered to "talk to the doctor to get him to" waive the fee and discuss pricing. This place smacks of dishonesty. Yes sometimes places inflate but not to this degree. I wouldn't go here for anything. There are plenty of honest renowned surgeons around (Dr. Sam Most, Dr. Eric Mariotti) who don't up charge their patients read more

Dr. has been taking care of my middle-aging face for a few years now. When he does fillers and Botox, it's with the careful planning and technique of an artist. He listens to what you want to change about your appearance and gives you the options (including any new products) and all the details and is so excited and happy to be able to find the best plan for you, and is happy to answer all of your questions. I have had laser and many different types of fillers as well. Nobody really knows that I had anything done, they just think that I look really good for my age. Dr. G has a very meaningful background story that makes it all make sense-his enthusiasm, precision, and care--and he is also a "real" artist in his spare time. I've had consultations with plastic surgeons that seem like they are in a rush. That is definitely not Dr.Gadaleta. He definitely listens to what I want and gives me his honest opinion. He cares about his patients. I've gotten laser, Dysport, and fillers from him. One time, we discussed how it was the best choice to wait before getting more filler, so I did not get anything done. He was not even upset I wasted his time!! When I first went to OG, Dr. Ortlip even stopped by to say hi during my filler appointment and get to know me. About 10 years ago it was recommended I get surgery for a deviated septum. I suffer from allergies and sinus issues. Covid hit and I was working from home and thought I might revisit the idea of fixing my deviated septum and making my nose look perfect at the same time. I consulted with Dr. G and after looking at my nose he said he was surprised I could breath. Then we worked together to decide on the cosmetic changes to make to my nose. He showed me some morphed pictures and it was a hard decision as how does one pick out a nose?? We talked about what he thought would be best for my features and I trusted him to make the final decisions while in surgery. All I can say is why did I not do this 10 years ago! After surgery I could breath so much better! It is amazing how you can live your life when you don't know any better. My deviated septum is fixed and Dr. G made my nose look very natural with a much softer look. I actually have a cute nose now. I am very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Dr. G. He is very patient and makes sure all your questions are answered before the procedure so you feel confident in his hands. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Gadaleta! As someone who struggles with pretty intense anxiety, it's really important for me to be able to trust my doctor and feel like I'm being heard in regard to any concerns that I may be having. I was extremely nervous about going through with a liquid rhinoplasty because I didn't know what to expect and had never gotten a similar procedure done before. Dr. Gadaleta immediately put me at ease from the moment he walked into the room. He was very warm, welcoming, friendly, and most importantly, incredibly sincere and genuine when he asked me about my concerns. He took a considerable amount of time with me to talk about the procedure itself and where he would be making realistic changes based on my specific goals. A compassionate expert surgeon with an eye for absolute precision. That's how I'd describe Dr. Gadaleta if challenged to use just a few words. He however, deserves more words! I used Dr. Gadaleta for my recent rhinoplasty and septoplasty procedure. I've wanted to get these procedures done to fix my breathing and some subtle cosmetic refinements for 20+ years now but I had been scared to death to go the surgery route. While I had done multiple consults over the years, including with all the top rhinoplasty specialist surgeons in the area, I never found that right "connection" to take a risk on. When I met Dr. Gadaleta, something was different right away, he had the best bedside manner and answered all my questions patiently and delicately knowing how scared I was of surgery.  He constantly gave me the continued reassurance everything would go fine but also prepared me for what to expect. He connected with me multiple times before the surgery for alignment on goals, and also post surgery check-ins. I was also so nervous about scarring, waking up from surgery, you name it for my fears, but the long story short is the procedure from my end was much easier than I ever could have expected (despite the challenges he had to deal with on his end to actually fix my breathing and subtly achieve my cosmetic goals). I can't even really see the areas where he made the incisions now because he was that precise in his stitching. It's now been just a few weeks and each day I get so excited to see the subtle refinements I've always wanted coming out, but even better I can breathe like I never thought was possible through my nose! I am so impressed with Dr. Gadaleta that I will be going back to him for all my future services. I called the office to schedule a liquid nose job and I was able to get an appointment within a week at the Palo Alto office!
