I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Jennifer Weintraub this March and cannot recommend her or her staff highly enough! I spoke with five different surgeons in the Bay Area and she really stood out for her professionalism. More so than any other surgeon, my consult with her felt like a medical appointment as opposed to a sales pitch. She went into my medical history and went to great lengths to understand the results I wanted to achieve, especially as a smaller person trying not to go too big. She was honest, patient, and highly informed and willing to go into great detail about the procedure, which I really appreciated. Jolie (the practice manager) was also fantastic for laying out all of the details of the surgery and making sure it went smoothly. I trusted her enough to try a new implant (Motiva) that she hadn't worked with previously and do not regret my decision at all. The surgery itself went very smoothly and I had a surprisingly quick recovery (2 days of bedrest for 215-230cc implants under the muscle). Dr. Weintraub and Jolie were very responsive with the questions I had about aftercare. Three months post-surgery, I'm incredibly happy with the results and keep getting great feedback about how natural they look and feel! 10/10 would recommend this practice and working with Dr. Weintraub especially. Note: A lot of plastic surgeons will go to great lengths to market themselves, taking out advertisements and promoting their business so it's at the top of search results. Dr. Lim is a highly skilled and compassionate surgeon who cares deeply about her patients. I first discovered her through Yelp and validated her work through RealSelf and a Facebook surgery group. TLDR: She and her colleague did their residency at Stanford. I was looking for someone who wasn't pushy to go with them or go big. While I was willing to, I wanted to avoid having to travel (quick access to the clinic reducing the risk of potential issues). Most importantly, this practice is run by two women. While doing my research I learned that Dr. Lim. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Akron and received her medical degree from the Northeast Ohio Medical University. I met with her three times: first via Zoom, second for an in-person visit, and the final one as surgery day. I did see her three more times after (a month after, 3 months after, then a year after). Customer service from the front desk staff and Jolie the office manager was superb-reminder calls and texts were super helpful and they were really friendly. One of the most impressive aspects of Dr. Lim's approach is her directness. Rather than trying to upsell me on unnecessary procedures (going bigger) or products, she took the time to understand my goals and concerns and provided clear, honest feedback. This level of transparency and honesty is crucial in establishing trust between patient and surgeon, and it is clear that Dr. Lim excels in this regard. In fact, I wondered if she even wanted my business as my initial appointment with her (via Zoom) was quick, casual, and matter-of-fact. She told me that she could help me get where I wanted to be size size, BUT because I had a wide chest, my boobs would not look like some of the examples of my wish list. Another aspect of Dr. Lim's approach that stood out to me was her ability to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. As a plastic surgeon, she understands that the decision to undergo cosmetic surgery can be intimidating, and she takes great care to ensure that her patients feel informed and supported throughout the entire process. The display of photos gave me hope and realistic expectations. I had a very positive first appointment with Dr. Lim when I went in for my consultation. She was very patient and knowledgable; and answered all my questions. It was clear during our appointment she is a highly skilled surgeon, but also has a high emotional IQ which allows her to connect with her patients. I immediately knew that I would move forward with Dr. Lim and that I would be in good hands. After my consultation, I met with Jolie who handled the financials of the procedure. Jolie was very clear and detailed with the information she presented. She used her knowledge in her area to give different options and suggestions about payment. What I appreciated most about my meeting with Jolie was how transparent she was with the cost of everything. I understood exactly how much and why something cost a certain amount. My procedure went smoothly, and Dr. Lim went to great lengths to follow up with me in my first days of recovery. I had a breast augmentation at Duet in July. Everything about the experience was fantastic. I was nervous for the initial consultation, but Dr. Weintraub made me feel comfortable right away, and was very thorough in talking through all my options. I was referred to Duet Plastic Surgery by another doctor. I called to book a consultation for breast reduction surgery on 7/3/24 and spoke to Jolie. Jolie is the receptionist, and not a doctor. During the phone call, she asked me basic health questions which I answered honestly. I explained that I had MS, provided the name and dosage of my MS medication, gave my height, and I gave my weight. Upon hearing my height and weight, she said, "We can't operate on people with your BMI. It's our surgery center's rule." I was shocked and offended and asked her if I couldn't at least book the consultation and ask the doctor my questions myself regarding this type of surgery. She said I definitely could and booked me for a consultation on 7/18/24. She then collected a $250 consultation fee and explained that it would be used as a credit towards whatever balance I would incur for the actual surgery. On 7/16/24, I received an electronic link via DocuSign to fill out my health information which asked more in depth questions about my health history. I reiterated on the form my MS diagnosis, MS medication, dosage of medication, height, weight, etc. On 7/18/24, I showed up for my consultation. My height, weight, and blood pressure was taken and then Dr. Weintraub entered the room. She had my chart in front of her, sat down, and the first thing she said was, "I reviewed your chart and I cannot operate on someone who is on the type of treatment you're on." I was shocked and immediately put on the defensive. I thought the main issue at this consultation was going to be my BMI per my first conversation with the receptionist. My MS diagnosis/treatment hadn't even come up until this point. I explained to Dr. Weintraub that I had already checked in with my neurologist and was given the green light for this type of surgery. I also explained that I had gotten two other surgeries while on MS treatment and had done very well. Her response was, "Yeah, neurologists don't know what we do. They don't understand surgery. And your other surgeries have been way less intense than this one would be." Throughout the duration of the consultation, she also called me "medically complicated" and then she admitted that she'd actually never operated on anyone with MS and had never even heard of my medication. Shouldn't she have done her research before asserting that she couldn't operate on "someone like me?" Shouldn't she have reviewed my chart in the days prior to my appointment? Why did she lead my appointment by telling me I wasn't a candidate when she'd actually never had experience with patients like me? Towards the end of the appointment, her tone changed a bit and she said, "Let's meet again in October. Continue addressing your weight loss and I will take the time to research more about MS and your medication. I want to help you and we will figure this out." We scheduled an October appointment and I then immediately alerted my neurologist to have her contact Dr. Weintraub. My neurologist contacted Dr. Weintraub that same afternoon to answer whatever questions she could. Today, 9/5/24, Dr. Weintraub emailed me and said that, while she thinks I could have a successful surgery given my particular medical situation, she won't do it and recommended a different doctor. She then said she'd gone ahead and cancelled my October appointment with her. I'm crushed. I have successfully lost enough weight that my BMI now qualifies per the surgery center's rules, I have continued to consult with my personal doctors to make sure I'm in the best possible health for surgery, and all the while I have endured over-pathologizing and ableism from this doctor. I was really looking forward to the October appointment to update the doctor on my progress and this has all come crashing down. I then contacted the receptionist to ask if my $250 deposit could be used towards a different treatment that they offer like Botox or injectables. The receptionist said no. She said that the $250 could only be used as a deposit towards a surgery since that was what I originally came in for. Dr. Weintraub, your team has traumatized me more than I can express. The medical world does not understand MS and that burden is not on me. I did everything right but you took my money and refused to treat me. You knew of my diagnosis and treatment in early July but strung me along. You refused to honor my $250 deposit in good faith. Send your intake forms further in advance to give yourself ample time to review them before charging people money only to tell them you can't help. How dare you treat me like this and run your business this way. You should be ashamed of yourself. I deserve better than this. read more

I had breast augmentation done by Dr. Lim 2 months ago and I could not be happier! I researched surgeons for months but once I had my virtual consult with Dr. Lim, I knew she would be my surgeon. She is calm, listens and is simply an expert when it comes to breast augmentation. I asked for a natural but full result and they are perfect! I saw Dr. Lim for a virtual consultation where I explained my desired results and we went through my medical history. I then met her a couple of months later for an in person consultation - my pre-op appointment - where we discussed size and profile, how to prepare for the procedure and what to expect after. The day of the procedure was so easy!!! I was so nervous as I had never had surgery in my life, i had never gone under general anaesthesia.... Everyone from the nurses to the anaesthesiologist were so very kind. One moment I was laughing at some jokes the anaesthesiologist was making and next I had a lovely nurse telling me my husband had arrived to pick me up. It was such a crazy experience. I am so happy with my results, I am 5'5, about 115lbs and started totally flat, got 325cc Natrelle silicone gummy bear full profile implants. I had nursed 3 babies in the last 5 years and these are just perfect for me. I can totally hide them if I want to and they can look pretty sizeable with the right top. My recovery has also been fantastic, the mix of meds Dr. Lim prescribed worked amazingly well. I was off pain meds by day 3, and walking around doing normal activities from the day after surgery. Getting in and out of bed is very uncomfortable the first couple of days but after that, it was super easy. I was also very concerned about feeling nauseous, I usually react badly to local anaesthesia and epidurals, i also get terribly car sick so I shared this with Dr. Lim. On top of nausea meds, she prescribed a patch which i placed behind my ear the night before surgery, it was magic! I never felt sick, i couldn't believe it. I had 3 different consults and picked Dr. Weintraub even though she was the furthest from my home, because I loved the aesthetic results I saw on Duet's website, and felt that she had taken my health history more seriously than the other doctors. I also appreciated that she and Dr. Lim were a team in the OR. At my pre-op, I felt she was clear about her expectations while also listening to me well. Day of surgery, I'd expected to be nervous but was actually feeling calm, but if I had been nervous, her demeanor would've been helpful. We just chatted about our kids while she marked me up, so that would've distracted me from any nerves, I think. The nurse and anesthesiologist at the surgery center also had reassuring demeanors. Post-op, she's also been reassuring, and quick to respond with advice when I had questions about my recovery. This review is for Dr. Lim and the whole team at Duet! I've just finished up my 6 month post-op check up today and I'd say everything has been pretty perfect up to this point. Dr. Lim has shown extreme consideration and care throughout this whole entire process; She has always been very thorough in addressing all my questions and concerns, and she made sure to take special attention to what my needs/desires were. My first appointment went by swimmingly and I was able to receive a quote on the cost. For those wondering, there was a slight discount (3%, they pass on credit card fee discounts), if you pay in full. They do offer financing, although I did not opt-in for it so I cannot provide details. There's also a bonus gift of botox for those looking to get silicon gummy implants, which I have not redeemed *yet* so will provide update when I do. The next couple appointments were just checking in and assessing, prepping for surgery. During this time, Dr. Lim was patient with me and talking me through my questions. We were able to go in to depth on the outcomes I was looking for and how we could best achieve them. She discussed what preparation needed to be done, what surgery would look like, recovery and post-surgery steps. I went in to surgery feeling confident! And honestly, besides bruising - I felt really good after surgery. The afternoon after surgery, I even walked around a bit and met up with some friends for a couple hours to chat at Meet Fresh. OMGOSH, my results are everything I expected and more! I had lipo on my abs and sides and I went up almost double in cup size. Dr. Lim and I checked everything over and decided it would be ok to perform the two procedures at once, and the much larger cup size wouldn't look too unnatural. They turned out looking more natural then the original cup size and my abs and waist line are back. I am also a big crybaby with pain and I didn't wine or cry at all as there was little to no discomfort. She was the lead and the doctor I interfaced with and who I have met for all pre and post surgery appointments. She is very methodical in her approach and the results show that. After YEARS of contemplating if I should get a BA, I've decided and made the jump to do so this past December. I did extensive research and saw a number of surgeons before I settled for Dr. Lim. I even went so far to Beverly Hills but never felt any "connections" with any of the surgeons. Jolie (the practice manager) here was super nice right from the beginning when I called and made a consultation appointment. Afterwards, she spent literally 30 minutes answering a list of questions I had. At the end, she gave me her business card with her email address in which I asked her additional questions after the visit. She responded within a few hours with DETAILED answers. In my heart, I knew Dr. Lim was the one for me. Surgery was done on 12/20. The surgery center was in the same complex which made it super convenient. All of the nurses and anesthesiologist were soooooo caring and I didn't felt nervous at all. I got there at 11:15am to check in. Surgery started at 12:15 and I was out of the recovery room, on my way home by 2:30! Dr. Lim gave me her personal cell phone number in case I had any questions the night after the surgery. I texted her about the pain (which was pretty bad) and she replied faster than my girlfriends. It's been almost 2 weeks post-op and the healing could not have gone any better. UPDATE ON BOTTOM (I will keep updating this review; latest update posted on October 20th, 2017). This review is in regards to Dr. Weintraub and my first initial consultation with her on September 18th, 2017. I had no other prior consultations before the consultation with her. I didn't feel the need to look for a second opinion. She was everything I wanted in a plastic surgeon: female, board certified, produces very natural breasts, and Stanford-trained. This is my first time ever getting a cosmetic procedure done, so of course I had a bunch of questions. Dr. Weintraub calmly answered all my concerns and spent about a whole hour with me during the consultation. We talked about my goal size, implant type, incision site, and other technical things. I booked my surgery date right after my consultation since I knew I wanted her to perform my surgery. She told me to email her if I had any questions after the consultation...and of course I did. I have been overthinking about the whole process and reading way too much online. I've sent her a few emails ever since my consultation and she has always provided me with a lengthy, detailed answer. She is very prompt in answering; usually replies within a few hours or even less. Her answers have been really reassuring about the process since I do not know anyone personally that has breast implants. I'm excited for my pre-op appointment tomorrow on September 25th, 2017. I'm just overall ready to get this done. My bra size is currently 34AA and I do not think they match my body type at all. I just want to feel more comfortable with my body. I trust Dr. Weintraub will do an amazing job. I will update this review once I have my boobies done. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions! UPDATE: I had my pre-op appointment on September 25th and it was a super quick appointment! Dr. Weintraub went over implant sizing and asked if I had any other questions. She reassured me that I would not end up with two big, fake looking coconuts on my chest (my worst fear). After that, we took some before photos, signed a bunch of consent forms, and received my prescription for medication (pain, nausea, and antibiotics). You also pay for your surgery during this appointment. The cost for a breast augmentation here ranges from $6,300 - $7,800 depending on which type of implant (saline/silicone/cohesive silicone gel) you decide on. I have been receiving messages on how much my particular procedure will cost. I am getting cohesive silicone gel implants (gummy bear), inframammary incision, and submuscular. Here is the break down of my particular procedure: Professional fee: $3,000 Implants: $2,000 Anesthesia: $683 Operating Room: $1,670 Total cost: $7,353 Note: There is a $1,000 deposit to book your surgery date and it is non-refundable. I went under the muscle and since I do not have any kids...it's super tight and the implant was trying to fit into the pocket. Please expect someone to care for the first few days. I think the pain will be much better for someone that has had kids/breastfed or had some breast tissue to begin with. If you're flat-chested, then please be prepared. I had to have my mom help me in and out of bed, feed me, and help me use the restroom (the whole wiping and all that good stuff). Okay back to the results, Dr. Weintraub did an amazing job on my boobs. They're dropping so so so nicely even though it's only been one week. I can't imagine how much more beautiful they will be at 6 months. I also wanted to mention Dr. Weintraub has been extremely caring and so nice. She called me the same evening after surgery to make sure I was doing okay and kept checking up on me. I also kept texting her regarding my pain for the first few days and she replied very quickly. I am happy beyond words with my results and highly recommend Dr. Weintraub for a breast augmentation. She is amazing in every way. I also wanted to mention how the office manger, Jolie, is super sweet and always super nice whenever I come in. I love all the staff members at Duet Plastic Surgery. I want to start off by thanking Doctor Weintraub and her entire team for a job well done. I received a breast augmentation at the end of September 2017 and it was quite possibly one of the best decisions I have ever made. Just from the consultation, I knew that I had come to the right place. All ladies, everywhere! Truly feel that these women know the female form better than anyone else, and will give you results that suit you and your figure. I did not feel rushed at all during the free consultation. Dr. Weintraub answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease about the whole process. Really felt that she understood me and my needs. A+ for bedside manner, without a doubt. I did not get to interact with Dr. Lim much, but I believe that they are called "Duet" because they always perform surgery together. Pretty cool. I went with their size profile because I wanted a natural look and that was all I saw on their website and in their other reviews- figured I was in good hands, and I was! I am just under 6' and I could not have asked for a more proportionate look. If you are looking for a massive, fake, 'plastic' look, I am sure they would give you what you asked for, as they are all about client satisfaction- but these ladies clearly major in making your breasts look so natural, that you would never know they weren't yours. They even feel like 'me', if that makes sense. Response time on emails/texts - A+. Office space/design/parking accessible - A+. The surgery center is very nice (and literally right next to their office!) and the procedure was very quick. I felt uncomfortable and woozy from the anesthesia, but the pain was not unbearable by any stretch. I got off of the pain killers by day 3 as they upset my stomach and the pain was manageable. I may be a fast healer, but I had full range of motion back in my arms in one week. It did not feel "back to normal" in a week, but my arms could move up/around freely without much discomfort. Surgery was on a Wednesday and I was back at work on Monday (desk job, mind you). I am writing this review exactly three weeks post op, and I am back to lifting things comfortably and am even able to turn and lay on my side to watch TV or cuddle my dog etc. (lol) I feel about 90% at this point in time. Hoping to be back in the gym next week and just avoid upper body activity until ready. To conclude, I would recommend this practice to anyone and have never felt better about my body. This review is long overdue as I am 1 year post surgery :) Dr. Lim is by far the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She made my breast augmentation one of absolute happiness and satisfaction. From the first day I walked into the office and met Dr. Lim, I knew I wanted her as my doctor. I was of course nervous, but excited, about making such a big decision. She calmly told me all about the procedure, my options, and her recommendations. Dr. Jennifer Weintraub changed my life. I had a mommy makeover procedure 2 months ago. Before the surgery, my pregnancies and weight loss took a toll on my body. I became an expert at hiding myself, even from my husband. When I made the decision to finally have the mommy makeover I wanted to go with a doctor that was recommended by someone and not just another doctor claiming to have the best care. After much contemplating I decided I was going to bite the bullet and get a tummy tuck. I came across Duet Plastic Surgery through Yelp which has very high ratings with so many positive reviews. I know there are a lot of good reviews on here and I am sure Dr Lim is very qualified to do good work but I had a bad experience with my consultation I wanted to share. She was very offensive and unprofessional in my opinion. She did not put gloves on before examining me and when I opened my gown she commented "wow, those are huge" which made me feel bad as I was coming in for a breast revision and was already self conscious. She proceeded to tell me what I had was "not a good look" which was offensive and hurtful. I showed her a photo of the size I had in mind and she kinda laughed and said THAT girl is in her twenties so you're NOT gonna look like that! I wasn't asking to look 20 again as I am older but I brought the photo in for size reference. I also told her I had a lot of back pain and asked if there was a possibility of any of the procedure being covered by insurance which she laughed at me for and said no! Lastly, she said I would incur an additional scar with my procedure which no other doctor has told me before. Some doctors may do good work but their bedside manner is awful and I felt extremely uncomfortable with her. When I left I felt old and terrible about myself. I proceeded to tell the office manager over the phone what happened and she said she would let Dr Lim know asap as she would probably feel terrible about it. I never heard a word back from their office so 2-3 weeks went by and I wrote Dr. lim a heart felt letter about how I felt after I left the consultation. She simply wished me luck on my journey. no apology or acknowledgement about her offensive behavior. Talk about a giant EGO! I had my breast augmentation done at duet plastic surgery. I was so nervous and had a million questions to ask. I met with Dr. Weintraub and she went over every detail calmly and reassuringly. She was very quick to respond to my emails/ texts. Day of surgery I was nervous but she came to see me right before and it truly made me feel much better. Not only is everybody you meet so calm and caring but the office is warm, welcoming, and very clean. It's convenient that the surgery center is right next door so you're already comfortable with where you are going day of. I had breast augmentation done at Duet Plastic Surgery two weeks ago and in a nutshell I am smiling ear to ear about my results, experience, and personal attention. Here's my story, I am a 28 year old mother of two boys, now 7 and 4. I breast-fed both for just over a year - just doing my part for society, you know: bigger brains for them, smaller, deflated boobies for me. Parenthood sure does remind you, physically as well as in so many other ways, what you are willing to sacrifice for love. Thank goodness we live in a time where Mommy can be put back together, and be able to love her own body again, and this is precisely what I was looking for in a plastic surgery facility - the experience and listening skills to make me "me" again.. not a vegas style, call-girl version of my former-self, if you will. The most Au Natural, fake, possible :) The Specifics, I went to 5 consultations (tiring!) before I decided to choose Dr. Lim and Dr. Weintraub for my plastic surgery. Here's why I chose Duet ( I am happy they get to read these reasons as well as you! ) : -The first phone call I ever made to Duet, I got Dr. Lim directly, and additionally, it was after business hours and she stayed on answering my questions until I was finsihed - a good 15 minutes I'm sure. Once I decided to have my enhancement done with Duet, Dr. Weintraub stayed in close email and phone contact with me daily, again, at times even after hours, setting up surgery time, answering questions, and always feeling friendly. You can tell that you and your outcome matter to these people. In what part of our world does this even happen anymmore? Amazing one-on-one contact that, especially in this sort of a decision, is so appreciated! I never had to speak with a middle man/woman, sales-like receptionist, as I did at each of the other places I had consultations at. Amazing. They have a thriving practice, you can tell by their gorgeous facility and location, they could make it easier on themselves and have a person for that, but I think thay "get it" more than other doctors how personal and even emotional this choice can be. Smart women. -Pricing wise, I felt like their price was very accurate and fair. This is not an inexpensive procedure by any means, but as I said before, I had 4 other quotes and this one was doable for me without sacrificing the comfort of adequate experience. -Let's be honest, the fact that they both trained at Stanford was a huge plus. -I was comfortable the whole time, from the consultation to the operating table, I felt like I was in the hands of two people that were precise, experienced, and warm and loving...and it's not easy to find ALL of those in a surgeon, who you establish a new relationship with quickly and then need to trust right away...it was easy with these two. -Before and After pictures are at their office, in a nice professional book. I asked about this at my consultation and it was explained to me that they opted to keep their clients privates, private. How thoughtful is that, that was a first! I will let you know, they are beautiful before and afters. I opted for the Naturelle silicone implants. The doctors gave me information on both so I could make an informed decision, which I greatly appreciated. My questions were always answered, and ...So far so good, they feel great and are still healing! And ladies who are trigger-shy on your decision to do this for yourself, I want to tell you - I am so very happy that I finally made the leap. In the best hands possible. It's been about 2.5 months since I got a breast augmentation from Dr. Jennifer Weintraub. My friend recommended me to Duet Plastic Surgery. She went to Dr. Lim and I went to Dr. Weintraub. We both got amazing results and our breasts look very similar. I guess this is why they call themselves a Duet! =) ---Weeks leading up to Surgery Making an appointment was easy. When I arrived, I was assisted by two gorgeous ladies in the front, Gigi and Jolie. I called about several times to change a few of my appointments, and they always worked around my schedule. For the four appointments that I've gone to, I never waited over 15mins to be seen. The first time I met Dr. Weintraub I was very nervous, but she immediately made me feel comfortable. During my consultation, we spent about an hour discussing the differences between saline and silicone implants and all the nitty-gritty information of a boob job. **Let me also note that I had gone to another consultation with another plastic surgeon, and he spent only 15 mins with me! Dr. Weintraub was the total opposite. She was very thorough and answered all my questions. At the end of my appointment, I knew she was the PS for me. I booked my surgery date that same day. ---The Day of Surgery The day before surgery, I got calls from the anesthesiologist, the hospital, and from Gigi to remind me of the time of my surgery. However, the only negative thing I experienced was that I was originally booked to arrive at 10am at the hospital. When I arrived at 10am, the nurse helped me get set up for surgery and placed an IV in my arm. I waited about 3 hours with the IV until they finally took me into the surgery room. I think they pushed my appointment back without telling me or they went overtime on the person before me. Either way, I wasn't bugged about it because during those 3 hours I was able to relax my nerves and they allowed my husband to be with me the entire time. After waiting for 3 hours, Dr. W came in and talked to me and my husband one more time before going into surgery. She gave my husband her personal cell number to text or call her if we needed anything. ***Dr. W is so good at responding back with texts and emails. My husband texted her several times during the weekend about pain that I was concerned with, and she responded so fast. We've also stayed in contact through email. I've noticed that she responds back to me in less than 24hrs and sometimes it's within 1 or 2 hrs. Once I was on the table, they gave me the anesthesia and I took 3 deep breaths and knocked out. IT WAS THE BEST SLEEP I'VE EVER HAD! When they tried to wake me up, I thought I was at home in my own bed. I just kept thinking that I didn't want to wake up and go to the gym. haha. Once I told the nurse I was feeling pain, Dr. W told her to give me pain medications. Then before I knew it I was heading home. ---After surgery This was an easy journey, and Dr. W really took care of me from beginning to end. It's been 2.5 months since surgery, and she's still in contact with me. She also gave me my dream boobs. I couldn't be more happier with my new set of twins. =) My breasts are symmetrical, round, and big. They've healed nicely, and I haven't had any complications with them. I am very satisfied and would recommend anyone to Duet Plastic Surgery, especially Dr. Weintraub, for a breast augmentation. This is a review for the consultation only. I had my consultation with Dr. Weintraub for a procedure. She was one out of the 3 plastic surgeons I chose to have a consultation with and she was the only female plastic surgeon that made it to my top 3 on my list. The consultation went so great! She told me things that the other two doctors didn't! She made me feel so comfortable and was just awesome all around. Unfortunately, I'm going with another doctor because her pricing was too high for me. I expected before any of the consultations and speaking with many friends that work for plastic surgeons, to spend $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 for my procedure (nothing more). She quoted me $10,300 (the other two great doctors quoted me $8,600 and $9,000). Yes it's only a little bit over budget but it's still out of the budget that I set for myself and this does not include prescriptions, etc. It sucked because I really loved her, it was like trying a wedding dress and falling in love and then being told you can't afford it. Believe it or not, I would still recommend Friends to see her if they wanted work done. A great plus was that the consultation was free. A little over a year ago I was determined to research and finally set up a consultation for a breast augmentation. I really wanted the date to be around my 26th birthday, because this decision to enlarge my breasts has been on my mind for almost 10 years. I've always had a very small bust size. Quite funny! Right after I walked out of the consultation, I knew she was not only my doctor but a friend. Once the arrangements were set, I walked in and out of surgery as easy as a spa. And Dr. Weintraub was by my side throughout the whole process, always making sure everything was going smoothly. She frequently checked up on me from my surgery day and during recovery. I have always felt safe and uncomfortable and let me add SO FORTUNATE to be taken care of by her. I am beyond thrilled with my breasts now.
