Drs Eroso and Pearl need to be shut down immediately!!!! I am very fortunate to be alive!! Due to both of their dire mistreatment of me, I suffered from my lungs collapsing, neither of them telling me after surgery!!! I continued to have issues and for three days I suffered! I complained and was told it was due to the weight of my implants and my asthma!!! It was not!!! I went into cardiac arrest and suffered a pulmonary embolism and almost died!!! I am lucky to be alive and am so incredibly stupid for not suing both of them!!! I was too sweet and too scared of dying and could only think about trying to live, as a single mother, and felt so guilty for having an elective vain surgery, while recovering from my almost life ending traumatic experiences, which took almost a year to recover from!!!! Neither of them could've cared less!!!! Botched, asymmetrical gynecomastia surgery. Had surgery summer of 2022, the pic is 18 months later. I meticulously followed every post-surgery instruction. Dr. Ereso told me that after 12 months I wouldn't be able to tell one side from another. However, too much fat was taken out of my left side and now there's a crater. My chest looks worse than before, it's embarrassing. I didn't want to do this review but hopefully it saves someone else from this experience. Best practice for these situation is to return to the original surgeon for correction, but I changed my mind to meet with him again. I don't want anything more to do with him, trust is at a zero. I'm going to a different surgeon in SF, no way I'm coming back here for a fix. I need corrective surgery that will likely have fat removed from one place and put into the crater. The corrective surgery is going to cost thousands more than the cost of the original surgery. I'm stuck with this because I don't know when I'll be able to afford the fix. read more

What was supposed to be a one time operation to sculpt and transform my body turned into a 3 year long nightmare that has caused me great stress and unhappiness. I first visited Dr. Ereso in 2018 for a gynecomastia and liposuction to the stomach/ flanks procedure. Based on positive yelp reviews and consultations, I decided to have the procedure done by him. Everything proceeded as expected up until about a few months after the procedure, in which complications arose. First, since I had gotten my chest and stomach/flank area lipoed I was given 2 compression garments to wear during the recovery period. Due to a miscalculation on Dr. Ereso's part, The area where the compression garments overlapped created an unequal amount of pressure on my right side abdomen during the recovery. This ultimately led to a huge crevice-like valley forming in the area. Secondly, I developed liposuction asymmetry in my stomach and flank area. This is when uneven amounts of fat are removed and you develop lumps and bumps in the treated area that resembles peaks and valleys. After about 4-6 months of recovery, we both agreed that a revision surgery was necessary given the amount of complications that occurred. I had to pay an additional fee in order to do this revision. Around 2019 we went ahead and proceeded with the revision surgery. Dr. Ereso evened out my flank area and attempted to correct my stomach area. This made the appearance much better, but it did not completely fix it. However, I noticed that the asymmetry around my stomach area had not really improved, instead I still saw uneven amounts of fat in my stomach area. I had an incredibly obvious pocket of fat on my left side versus my right. At this point, I was reluctant to ask Dr. Ereso to try another revision and correct it again. However, I thought to myself "we just need to do it one more time". This would turn out to be the biggest mistake of my life. In August of 2020 Dr. Ereso agreed to do one last (paid) revision. Before we did this last revision, I made it clear which area I wanted him to fix (the incredibly obvious uneven pocket of fat on the left side of my stomach) and if he could soften up the crevice-like line on my right side one more time, to which he agreed. During this procedure, Dr. Ereso used an incorrect dosage of anesthesia and I woke up during the procedure. I can clearly remember him making the incision in my stomach and I also remember a large amount of pain from the liposuctioning itself. It was like a horror story come true. The worst part, about a month after the procedure, I came to realize that not only did he not lipo the area I asked him to (the uneven pocket of fat) he lipoed the middle area of my stomach, an area which I did NOT ask him to lipo. This created even more liposuction asymmetry and I was absolutely shocked. I had asked him why the pocket of fat I asked him to remove was still there during our post op check ups, to which he replied "you said the right side right?" He then proceeded to make excuses and say that because of the crevice on my right side it made the left side appear larger. I am still to this day in disbelief at how bad Dr. Ereso had screwed up. I ended up with more uneven contour irregularities and now 2 years later I still have this tingling/ numb feeling in the middle area of my stomach that he lipoed. I am convinced this is actually nerve damage from over correction. I want to make it clear that none of my experience was exaggerated. Dr Ereso's level of craftsmanship and skills are abysmal. I did not have unrealistic expectations, I just wanted to remove some stubborn fat from problem areas. I still to this day have liposuction asymmetry, a crevice like line, nerve damage, and huge scars (that were badly stitched) from my 3 procedures with Dr. Ereso. My biggest mistake was asking him to do the revision a 3rd time. It should have been clear to me that he didn't have the skills necessary after the 2nd time. I am now looking for another surgeon to fix all the damage that Dr. Ereso caused but I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place now. I want to fix the damage on one hand but I'm worried of causing even more damage due to my horrifying experience with Dr. Ereso. Since posting this review, I have had 2 other women privately message me about how Dr. Ereso botched their breast augmentation procedures as well. If you are considering a procedure, be sure to ask him plenty of questions and to show you pictures of similar procedures that did not go according to plan. Otherwise, he will only show you the ones that turned out well. I would strongly advise you to carefully consider the risks of getting a procedure from Dr. Ereso. I ultimately ended up paying five figures for him to botch me. I hope by sharing my experience, I can save at least one other person from making a huge mistake of having a procedure done by Dr. Ereso. read more

Would highly recommend Dr. Ereso for his services on keloids. Much to my chagrin, a cheap earring in my one of my ears resulted in a large angry red stinging keloid bump a couple years ago. After some time the redness went away but the bump remained. I searched Yelp for local doctors to remove it and made consultations with three different practices. Out of all three, I found Dr. Ereso's bedside manner to be the most pleasant and he takes the time to explain the procedures and draw sketches and diagrams to help you understand better. I took injections to get the bump down to a smaller size over the course of several months and then underwent surgery to remove it and stitch it up. After a few more months, went back to have my ears re-pierced by him as well. No keloids came back! Touchwood. His assistant Jennifer is super nice and accommodating in terms of scheduling as well. I had surgery recently to repair a torn bicep which resulted in a six inch scar along the top front of my shoulder. After 3 months, my scar hasn't gotten much happier, it's still red, irritated, itchy and very raised. I showed the scar to a friend of mine who works at this practice and she recommended I try Biocornium. I got a bottle of it and I've only been using it for a few days but so far I've really seen a big difference! My scar is less textured, the redness is going down and it feels like it's deflating. Can't wait to see what this can do if I stick with it for a few months! Hopefully it can prevent me from needing additional surgery to remove the budding keloids that are forming. He had to cut the smallest layer of skin out of my gauge to have it heal together and then sew it up. The work and percision he had to have had to do this with an x-acto knife and sutures, I'm just blown away. Cause my ears look like they have never been pierced before in my life! And I have a lot of piercings. There was like no pain at all, he did both earlobes in what seemed like under a hour, and he made me feel very safe and comfortable during the surgery the ENTIRE TIME. I was looking for Fraxel 1550 Treatment for my acne scarring. My first initial contact was with Jez. She is definitely a rarity to find. She is very professional, personable, friendly and very detailed about what to expect in my consultation. I have already visited 3 other places prior to my consultation. Just like a lot of people I was very skeptical of going through something like this, but I have to say it was the best thing I did for myself. Coming to Dr. Ereso and his crew was absolutely the best idea when it came to wanting to change my life, because it most certainly has. Everybody in this office was charismatic and very kind. I went pretty much through my whole 20s having gynecomastia when I didn't even know what it really was, I just knew that there wasn't something completely right with me. I was uncomfortable with myself, and a very low self-esteem with barely any confidence but with this procedure, changed everything. I can honestly say I am the happiest that I have ever been all because Dr. Ereso taking me in with open arms and walked me through this life changing adventure. My doctor retired - imagine that! He was referring all patients to Drs. Pearl and Ereso. I was very nervous - when you have a Dr you trust it is always nerve-wracking to go to another one. I met with Dr Ereso and I LOVE him. He spent a TON of time answering questions, drawing diagrams, explaining how he does things. When I told him I had issues with my last botox he worked with me to figure out why and how to avoid it again. He uses newer techniques that I felt worked much better for me (and less painful).
