THIS HAS BEEN the MOST DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD with a LAW FIRM. STAY AWAY!! RUN…read moreAWAY!! VERY disappointing EXPERIENCE. I WAS REFERRED BY SOMEONE NAMED PARSA AMIRI WHO WORKS THERE, EXTREMELY SHADY, AND I TRUSTED THAT RECOMMENDATION - BIG MISTAKE. IN HIS OWN WORDS HE SAYS ""THE PLACE I WORK FOR IS CORRUPT & FRAUD". ""I HAVE NO WHERE ELSE TO GO, I NEED THE MONEY."" I REGRET PUTTING MY TRUST IN THIS PLACE AND THE PEOPLE BEHIND IT. IF ONLY YOU KNEW HALF THE THINGS I WAS TOLD BY THERE OWN PEOPLE. It has now been OVER THREE MONTHS, and I am still waiting for nearly $2,000 that the firm acknowledged IN WRITING is owed to me. No client should have to spend months chasing money that has already been acknowledged. Throughout this process, I received conflicting information and constant delays. In mid-June, my case manager, Fernando, texted me that the check was coming. Three weeks later, after I followed up, I was told the check was coming to the office. After I pointed out the inconsistency, I received an email the following day from the Managing Partner stating the firm had not received another check from BMW. As a client, those conflicting explanations were frustrating and unacceptable. I have retained the emails and text messages documenting these communications. When I picked up my settlement check, Fernando--an employee of West Coast Trial Lawyers--personally handed me the check. At that time, I gave him $200 in cash and three bottles of alcohol. Looking back, I REGRET doing that. I was PRESSURED... I was afraid to come empty handed. I had to delay picking up my check because of this matter. Ironically, the firm is now finally returning the $200 cash. During this process, Neema Rahmani (PRESIDENT) stated he was unaware of the cash and the alcohol bottles. However, I have text messages from Fernando referencing the tequila bottle and the check. Those messages speak for themselves. Unjust and unfair behavior don't you think ? Based on my experience, I have completely LOST confidence in this firm. If you're considering hiring them, ask detailed questions about how overpayments, reimbursements, and client funds are handled before signing anything. My experience was months of delays, conflicting information, repeated follow-ups, and waiting for money the firm acknowledged in writing was owed to me. I cannot recommend this firm based on how my case was handled. RUN AWAY!! THEY WILL MANIPULATE YOU!! HALF OF THESE REVIEWS ARE FAKE! It's been ALMOST 4 MONTHS, and I'm STILL emailing them EVERY SINGLE DAY asking, "WHERE IS MY MONEY?" Their name should be WEST COAST TRIAL LAWYER SCAMMERS! IS ANYONE ELSE GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING? MESSAGE ME ON YELP if you want to see MORE!

Unfortunately, I was repeatedly ignored by the at-fault driver's insurance, which led me to seek legal help. After finding The Accident Guys online and seeing great reviews, I reached out and I'm so glad I did. They contacted me the same day, reviewed my case, and quickly set up an in-person meeting. From the start, they were professional, responsive, and reassured me that they would guide me through the entire process for the potential repairs of my vehicle and my injury concerns. They helped connect me with treatment for my injuries, and every facility I visited was welcoming, patient, and supportive throughout my recovery. I'm very happy with how my case was handled and satisfied with my settlement. I highly recommend The Accident Guys and their team if you're looking for reliable, caring legal support.

I should have contacted RMD Law from the beginning. My fiancée was in a bicycles accident and was…read morehit by a car. He had an ORIF surgery on his ankle, thank goodness it was nothing worse. We waited 6 WEEKS for the police report, where the reporting officer found him "at fault" after interviewing JUST 1 witness and the driver, who said he was in the intersection. Not wanting to spend $$$ to retain a lawyer, we waited to see what kind of settlement amount the insurance would offer. We were then bullied by the insurance adjuster who convinced my fiancée that since he was found "at fault", they owed us nothing. We contacted a well-advertised billboard lawyer who told us we had "no case" because he had been found "at fault." Feeling dejected at a low moment of exasperation, my fiancée signed a settlement agreement of $10,000 as he was told "that's all you're going to get because you were found at fault." I literally got home :20 after he signed. I was furious and this let to a lot of fights between us. I found John Rajee of RMD Law on Yelp as a lot of reviews said he handled "difficult situations." He was kind and professional but also understood human nature and the whole dilemma we faced- trying to get a contract invalidated AND attempt to re-settle with the insurance company. He also advised me on different ways MY auto insurance could help even though my fiancée was on a bicycle. Although John consulted other colleagues to discover ways to secure a better settlement, ultimately nothing could be legally done to get the settlement contract negated :( Unfortunately, my fiancée and I had to move forward with accepting the circumstance. Through all these developments, John kept advising us and was professional and thorough. He advised me as an experienced counselor and also just an honest guy who took the time to reassure me that basically it wasn't the end of the world. Frankly, I was very very angry with my fiancée over his moronic decision to sign, and speaking to John just honestly helped me move past my anger and put the whole bad situation behind me. I would absolutely recommend John and his colleagues to anyone seeking legal advisement, and I will definitely refer him to friends and family. Even if you just need an answer or two, PLEASE contact RMD before signing anything, taking action, or accepting offers. They absolutely will help!

I know a lot of lawyers personally but had never had to deal with an accident lawyer and felt that most I talked to were either too aggressive, impractical or just not interested because my accident seemed small or not worthy of treatment. From the very beginning, John was open and honest about my case and gave me the guidance and direction that no one else seemed to be able to provide. I learned a lot about small claims court along the way because I had dropped the ball on my case, even if it was thru no fault of my own. John was easy to talk to and gave me the time needed. He was both practical and efficient. It was refreshing that he was available within reason and wasn't in a rush when dealing with me. Having written so many reviews on Yelp I have really learned who I can trust, and his Yelp site was honest and refreshing compared to so many billboard lawyers and even compared to friends and acquaintances! I can't tell you how much I appreciated John's help, and while my case isn't over yet, I would recommend him without hesitation to all of my friends and family.

We reached out to her by email and she responded to us expeditiously with a lot of great information we were able to work with right away. After hearing about our situation, she provided us sensible counsel with regards to our legal options and the family law procedures we should take. Laurel is very honest, trust-worthy, empathetic and knowledgeable in her field. We were extremely lucky to have found her and grateful that she represented us. Two days after we retained Laurel and her law office, we were able to get the proper, signed consent forms from the dissenting party. And, this allowed us to get the emergency passports for the children and fly back to the US. Thank you to Laurel and her team for being there for us during a most difficult time.

Our family went through an unimaginable nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. My sister's…read moreex-boyfriend came home one night drunk and violently attacked her and our entire family. He was arrested, but days later he posted bail and was set free. We believed we had an airtight case: over 20 photos showing the injuries, a video of him admitting guilt, and statements from the children confirming the abuse. We thought the truth would prevail without the need for an attorney. We were wrong. Just three days before our family court hearing, he maliciously filed a false CPS report claiming my sister abused the children. CPS showed up without a professional sign language interpreter, despite my sister's deafness, and I had to step in to interpret. The children clearly told CPS they felt unsafe with their father and confirmed the abuse. Even though CPS wrote this in their report, in court his attorney twisted the facts, claimed I manipulated the conversation, and had the report thrown out on a technicality. Within five minutes, the judge shockingly awarded full custody to the abuser, who still had pending felony charges. In the following weeks, CPS reopened the case and we watched helplessly as the children were interrogated under their father's influence. It was the most unjust and painful experience of our lives. That's when we hired Christopher Hernandez in Riverside, thinking legal representation would save us. Unfortunately, Christopher failed us at every turn. We paid nearly $15,000 for constant frustration. He rarely answered calls, forcing me to call multiple times a day just to get any response. He juggled too many cases at once and admitted to it. Worst of all, when it came to court, he repeatedly forgot the facts of our case--facts I had thoroughly gone over with him many times. Every time we appeared before a judge, the opposing attorney ran circles around him, leaving us devastated and without real representation. It was clear he never truly cared about our family or the outcome. In what felt like our final attempt to save the children, we contacted the office at Laurel Buchanan. From the moment we spoke, Laurel's intelligence, professionalism, and genuine care were evident. She listened carefully as I explained the entire case and, within minutes, repeated back every critical detail with precision. Unlike the first attorney, she immediately identified where the court and CPS had failed and laid out a real legal strategy. Laurel showed us laws and protocols the previous attorney never even mentioned. She made it clear we had a legal path to reverse this injustice. Laurel and Wendy fought for us like no one else. Her knowledge of family law was unmatched, and she approached the case with both sharp legal skill and sincere compassion. She battled a dishonest opposing attorney and a flawed system with tireless dedication. Thanks to her and Wendy, we won. The custody order was reversed, and the children were returned to my sister. It was such an emotional victory that my sister cried--and Laurel, who had poured her heart into our case, shed tears with us. Laurel Buchanan didn't treat us like just another file; she treated us like family and fought for us as if it were her own loved ones in danger. She changed our lives. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone who needs an advocate against a broken system or a manipulative opposing party. She is brilliant, fierce, and compassionate--the very definition of what an attorney should be. Thank you Laurel, here I am a year later writing this review and I am still left for words for everything you did for us. When we thought it was almost over for us, you came to save and change our life's forever. We are forever thankful with you and Wendy, and the team. Thank you.
