The team replaced the flooring and walls, installed a new bathtub, toilet, and vanity/sink, and also updated the electrical and plumbing. Alex did an excellent job managing these aspects of the renovation. One of our goals was to maximize the bathroom space, and the team successfully repositioned the bathtub to create a more functional layout. Aaron, the site manager, was patient, professional, and attentive throughout the project. He took the time to listen to our requests, communicated clearly, and made sure the finished work aligned with our expectations. His positive attitude and sense of humor also made the process much easier and more enjoyable. We also had vinyl wood flooring installed throughout the home. Nick handled the flooring work, including removing the old carpet and installing the molding, and the finished floors look great. Since our home is older, there were a few challenges with the molding installation, but the team worked with us to find solutions that looked best for the space. There were a few minor communication issues at times due to language differences, but the team was responsive and willing to come back to address concerns until everything was completed to our satisfaction. Cisco is by far the best contractor I've ever worked with. I got a couple bids for a large deck…read moreproject from other contractors and they had itemized the concrete portion of the project and it was out of my budget so I reached out to Cisco. His pricing was extremely fair and he never nickel and dimed or raised prices as the project became bigger than anticipated. They were versatile in fixing up drainage, downspouts, irrigation systems and they never cut corners and took their time to make sure everything was done right. They were meticulous in how everything was set up - the rebar, slope of the concrete, etc. They worked through terrible weather (heavy rainfall) and I know the removal and disposal of the sod and mud was much more expensive than anticipated. We ran into many situations that were outside of Cisco's control and he ate all the costs of that. He is incredibly responsive by phone, text, and e-mail at all phases of the project. He kept me updated on each step and what time they were working. They cleaned up each working day and spent nearly an entire day at the end of the project cleaning up beyond my expectations. The working area is cleaner than before they started and they worked until 10PM on the last day to beat the bad weather that was moving in the next day. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and highly recommend Cisco and his crew.
