We contracted with Palm Construction to replace the deck boards on our second-floor back deck. That deck is the whole length of our house (about 50 feet) and about 10 feet wide. We also asked them to build a cover over the deck just outside our sliding-glass door. We met with Nate and secured financing on a Wednesday. The workers showed up the very next day. Today, exactly one week after work began, I signed off on the completion of the job. The work is beautiful. The communication was superb. Ben is the type of person who smiles in your face and only deals with you until he gets the money. Once he received the last check, he disappeared. No call back. I would text message him because the wood was falling apart, and I found out it was not cedar like he said. Called the main office and got Debbie, who had a person come out and change the poles to treated wood, which is cracking down the middle and falling apart. The first rain turned my concrete orange, and the concrete was poured in the rain. Debbie did the same thing Ben did: ignore me, but did let me know it was not her project. I have been trying to get somebody from that company to come fix this problem. Still no responses, not even Debbie or Ben. They warranty their work turns out to be a lie. read more

Somehow my phone number was given to this company stating I need a bathroom remodel. I spoke to them and said I did not and don't even live in the state. I have not lived in the Seattle area in literally 20 years. They have continued to call at least 3-5x a week from different phone numbers and I've blocked and spammed the numbers and am still receiving calls every other day or so for the last 3 weeks. If I was looking for service, and this is coming from someone whose father ran a construction company my entire life, I would absolutely not be interested in service that comes from folks who are so insistent on spamming potential clients. read more

Palm Construction did a terrific job renovating our 38-year-old house. The job entailed replacing 100% of carpeted floors with laminate, including all stairs, as well as updating all three bathrooms. They also fixed various electrical and plumbing issues that had cropped up over the years. Ian and his team of skilled laborers were extremely quick and efficient, and were careful about shifting existing furniture and possessions from room to room as they worked on the flooring removal and installation. Our project manager Aaron Hernandez kept in touch with us daily, and personally visited at least every other day to check progress and resolve any issues during the 3-1/2 week project. We hired them to paint and put siding on the front of our house.Everything they did needs to be redone.Runs in the paint,they didnt care about the trim being crisp lines .Overspray on my car.
