We contracted with Palm Construction to replace the deck boards on our second-floor back deck. That deck is the whole length of our house (about 50 feet) and about 10 feet wide. We also asked them to build a cover over the deck just outside our sliding-glass door. We met with Nate and secured financing on a Wednesday. The workers showed up the very next day. Today, exactly one week after work began, I signed off on the completion of the job. The work is beautiful. The communication was superb. We hired them to replace our patio and driveway. They started the job quickly however driving equipment over our front lawn tearing it up and then having to stop because of wet weather. When they did the driveway we had pavers edging. It cracked in less than year. I have attempted several calls getting NO answer about if they are planning on fixing the job. After a year of work it has not held up like promised, I would NOT recommend them. read more
