I waited for only a few minutes to be taken back by a great nurse who took my vitals, and then Dr. Hervert came right in. Unfortunately, I can not in good conscience recommend his services. I find his ethics, bed side manner and attention to his patients to be very unclear. His communication skills lacks in respect and sensitivity. I found that his attention to the details of the specialist reports go unnoticed and nonverbal to myself . Diagnosis and finding are not mutually explained and understood. Concerns are not resolved by any means. He ordered a drug test without probable cause and without consent making me feel uncomfortable and I felt the patient/ doctor relationship had been compromised and therefor making me feel that he was not an advocate for my wellbeing and making appropriate medical decisions on my behalf. Therefore, I will continue to see a different provider hoping that they will have clear communication, integrity and professionalism .

Bottom of the barrel treatment in healthcare from…read morethe minute, I walked in the door when there wasn't even a receptionist for 30 minutes and then when she arrived, she was snarky and then I waited another 30 minutes for a physician to show up when I was the first appointment in the morning.Mary Izzo was my practitioner. She came in the room with attitude. I requested a referral for several different doctors since I was new to the area and needed to transfer my care. I also needed a x-ray and bloodwork, and none of it was called in. when I called a few weeks later to inquire, they told me to call a different number in which I left a message and nobody returned my call. I will be reporting the visit to my insurance carrier for fraudulent charges.

She returned my call in just a short time, and she answered all my questions and concerns and was so very patient with me! (Thank you Lisa!!) of course I was running late and was so embarrassed but again Lisa to the rescue! :) A few pages of paper work and signatures and a payment of $103 (with card)OR $100 (cash) ... was ready to meet the Dr.! And again, another awesome experience! The wait wasn't long either! The Dr. made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I had to say, and acknowledged it. Which I really appreciate! In understand this is a concern of theirs, but to completely negate the needs of the patient, and talk to them in a condescending, almost irritated tone, is extremely unprofessional.

First of all, I was listed as Asian, which was incorrect. Also, the report reflected that I had blood in my stool and family history of cancer, this error makes me think my reports were from another patient. This information was incorrectly listed on my chart. These errors indicate that this type of mismanagement may be ongoing, and patients may go through a Negligence or a Medical Malpractice upon any procedure or surgery. I believe this error has to be addressed to the medical board to prevent more errors and medical malpractice.
