Some of the best customer service I've received from any business! I run a small gym in north Austin and we were getting 100 shirts printed for our martial arts class. Rob and his team were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and showing me all of my options. They went out of their way to get me the best balance of quality vs budget for my shirts. I wanted breathable shirts to workout in, and Rob pointed out that the logo I had prevented some of that. He offered to have my logo redesigned if I wanted. I love the redesign so much I'll probably start using it in a lot of my marketing instead of my original logo. I was also in a coffee shop with my gf, telling her about how well they were doing at keeping me informed regarding the progress of my order. Sure enough, mid-conversation I get a call from Rob to update me on how things were coming along. These guys are the best. I mean literally, the best. I've worked in marketing for a long time now and have worked with a variety of printers (cheap and expensive alike). So far, Rob, Jim and the Oh Boy! team are my favorites. I emailed them for a quote on some tshirts for our new business and our kickstarter rewards. They replied promptly with detail on tshirt options and pricing. Their pricing is super clear and transparent. We then met with them in person to ensure we could get them the layout the way they needed and so it was perfect for us (did I mention I'm incredibly type A and putting my life savings into starting my business?). While we were there in person we decided to choose another shirt because we preferred the feel and look in person and Rob explained that the wording would print better in terms of location versus the v-neck we originally chose (and he was right). Of course I didn't ask if there was a price difference from our original quote (because I was just too excited about pretty tshirts) and when I got our invoice to approve and asked about the difference, they explained we choose a higher quality shirt that was ever so slightly more expensive (minimally per shirt but when you have a large order it makes a difference. Also, remember life savings here). Here's the kicker ... because I got confused on the pricing (totally my error, remember I said they really are transparent with their pricing), they matched my original price anyways JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE AWESOME. So yes, my own mistake and misunderstanding, but they adjusted because they wanted to be nice. That's a lifetime business partner in my book. In addition to t-shirt printing, we needed some director chair canvas backs screenprinted and they handled them like pros. We were nervous since these chairs aren't cheap and our timeline leaves no room for error. They got our entire job done from start to finish in around 2 weeks and most that time was me confirming things as well as waiting to get our chair backs to them. The shirts look flipping amazing and I'm proud to have them represent my brand new business. I will definitely be using them for any of my screenprinting and tshirt printing needs from here on out.
