Two weeks ago, was my first encounter with them. The appointment was changed 4 times without a request from me. They have a cancellation policy requiring the client to give 24 hours notice. That seems a bit unfair since they give no more than a 20 minute notice by email. My first appointment was changed 3 times and todays appointment was changed 4 times, by email. I've been sitting here all day waiting. I'm sure I can find another company who will offer a military discount. I would be willing to pay a bit more for someone to actually show up. Please don't waste you time hiring this company. .

She wasn't quite ready for my cat a couple of years ago when she first came over to trim. She thought that an Elizabethan Collar would work for Freya. So, I grabbed a small blanket & tossed over the cat. I picked her up, covered my cats face & held her on my lap. And Holly could safely trim Freya's "murder mittens"!
