We hired Miguel to do a photobooth at our wedding about 4 days ago, and let me just say that it was the best decision ever! From my first encounter with him to the last, everything was perfect! Miguel is so professional and really reliable! He was willing to meet me and my husband near our place even though he came from somewhere really far! And from the time I booked him to the time of our wedding, he was so easy to work with! Then comes our wedding day....Miguel was punctual and came on time. I went through several photo booth companies and compared pricing and professionalism, Oh Snap beat them all out of the water. Miguel was willing to work out package deals and threw in some nice incentives, and most importantly so easy to work with. He was responsive and punctual throughout the whole process, which took so much of the stress out. We hired Miguel to set up for a movie event we had for a birthday party. Let me tell you, it was the best experiences I have had. It was stress free! As soon as I booked the event, he sent me a message asking for photos of the location so he would have the right materials. Then, a week before the event we discussed more of the details. The day of the event, he called when he was here, he was even early!! Major plus and was super safe with all the precautions concerning COVID-19. He was wearing a face mask and everything! He was super quiet when setting up and showed me all what I needed in order to insure a perfect screening. He also finished setting up early, so we were able to play the feature earlier!! We used Oh Snap Photo on April 9th 2022 for my niece's Wedding. The guy that came dressed like a skateboarder tshirt jeans tennie shoes NOT at all profrssionally dressed... at least put a vest on its a wedding afterall? Plus the bride put her request not to set it up outside.. The bride wanted the photobooth inside where the wind and coldness wasnt a factor. .the guy insisted Ive been to this venue before and outside was better ... so he went against her wishes.. The man never made eye had his hands in his pocket and always looked down and it more than obvious he didnt want to be there ... He demeanor was lets just get this over with it. And as for the props were not many to choose from and very boring and outdated props. We paid for 6 to 9 pm but since it was cold outside no one used photobotth after 730pm cuz it was dark and the photobooth told us not to worry the camera gives out light .. and yet we couldnt see the props. Basically after 740pm my guests lost interest in using the photonooth ... so it was a waste of money that last hour! I called middle of reception to owner and text .. he did return the phone call and said he talk to him .. yet nothing change .. i believe he never talk to him because he still look and acted that he didnt want to be there .. Hey when you pay good money a business for job they should want to be there!! . So the owner offered an apology and told he will take $100 off my next event??? Are you freaking kidding me?? Why would I use you again? I decided to put up this review because my niece still complaints about it and I feel so upset we couldnt enjoy the photobooth since this guy insisted to keep it outside instead of inside where we could have had more use of it.
