I received an email notification that the flowers were delivered on the same day to the recipient (although I didn't confirm with the receiver if they got it as it was for a bereavement and that would just be tacky of me to follow-up with her in her time of grieving). Very good and affordable options for various occasions. Again, as this was an online order, I'm not sure what the end product looked like in comparison to the photo on their website. I highly recommend this company for online delivery of flowers for their quick processing and same day delivery options.

The flowers were prepped at the Ajax location but I was able to specify them for pick up at Pickering Town Center which was more convenient for me. I made a quick call to customer service as I was a little confused as to where the flowers were ending up at first but it was sorted out with no problem and the rep was very friendly. As for the actual flowers, they were fresh, colourful, and with some not quite blooming yet which is absolutely perfect so the recipients can enjoy their flowers in full bloom. The girl who helped me making the arrangement was very nice and friendly and she had a beautiful hand written note that I would like to add a message on the card. The next day when we are picking up the flower, the other girl helped us with the pick up. But the message that we want for the flower didn't indicated anywhere. So we asked, and she just said I don't know anything? Why would you not know anything if it is actually showing on the copy of the receipt???
