He got a full bath, blow dry, brushout, ear cleaning, nails trimmed and filed, and teeth brushed. (My Toy Poodle has long tight curly hair that was starting to and was matted.) All of this was about $50. All of this was about the same price as our x groomer. And I looked over my pup; I did not see any nicks/cuts. I was not able to meet the staff or to see the place in person. But my dad dropped off our pup and he liked the place. Seeing the after effect and seeing the results; I am happy with this place. I have read up on their website, and it seems like a cool little place! This was a first time try, and we may come back.

Only 2 hours after picking him up from a de-shed grooming at Mystic Paws. I don't live here, and an leaving at 4am tomorrow. There isn't much I could ask them to do to fix it. The actually bathing was good. He's clean and smells nice. He played at daycare. But the most important part was a bit lacking. I can't figure out how to add the picture directly to my review. I was so happy with the private lessons I talked with Brittany about doing the 2 week board and train program for our 9 month old Goldendoodle. Brittany uses the same positive reinforcements with her human students that she uses with your dog. It was hard to not have our fur-baby with us for 2 weeks but they sent video updates of his progress and pictures. He received excellent care and I would highly recommend Saragold Boarding/Training for anyone looking for excellent K9 training. We will definitely be doing more training with Saragold. Repeatedly we told them that it was impossible that she has ingested Marijuana. The vet offered treatments based on the assumption of Marijuana ingestion, but no other ideas or options were offered. Upon arriving home I re-sesrched the house. I saw the cleaner I was using in the bathroom (where our dog was with me the whole time I was cleaning). It was a strong tea tree cleaner. I looked up online if that could be the problem and low and behold it appeared to be 100% in keeping with our situation. The vet assumed the entire time that it was Marijuana and failed to even mention Tea Tree (despite it being a common substance in homes). They failed to even listen to me about Marijuana not being a possible problem and did not even explore or consider any other possibilities. I called back to get help and am currently waiting for someone to call me back. This is frightening and frustrating. Edit: I did receive a call and got information regarding tea tree poisoning later on. The vets did check up on my dog the next day.

I have no words after visiting this store...PLEASE if you care even a little about animal's…read morewellbeing, do not shop here. 4 underweight leopard geckos, an iguana & 3 baby tortoises (which were too small to be sold, and were still priced at over $100) all in a 10 gallon tank together...A 20 INCH LONG TANK with 8 INCOMPATIBLE ANIMALS INSIDE. There was also a utility sink with a HUGE slider turtle and 4 other smaller (5-6" shell) turtles just sitting in the empty sink, flinching when anyone walked past. I wish I had taken pictures, I feel so stupid for not doing so, but I was so shocked and so afraid of being told to leave the store if I pulled my phone out for a photo. I genuinely can't believe the conditions these reptiles were in...the fish tanks were all dyed gravel and plastic plants, which isn't great of course, but the genuine lack of BARE NECESSITIES for the reptiles left me speechless. If I ever go back to this 'store' it will only be for pictures of the animal neglect and/or to see if anything improved...
