But with enough patience and effort, you can brush them out fully. This picture shows my pants, Kong brush, and de-shed glove. I took this picture after 5 minutes of brushing... Only 2 hours after picking him up from a de-shed grooming at Mystic Paws. I don't live here, and an leaving at 4am tomorrow. There isn't much I could ask them to do to fix it. Again, the front desk was not friendly, offered no smile and said "we haven't forgotten". I finally got into the room at 1:55 for the 1pm appointment. The doctor came in at 2:05 and was very nice and took good care of my dog's needs. As I checked out the staff (now 3 of them behind the counter) never offered a smile or an apology (or excuse) for the 1 hour late appointment time. I am giving one star due to front desk staff and wait time with no explanation.

Medication always made dog healthy again. If these guys were full time vets, I would switch my vet immediately. Repeatedly we told them that it was impossible that she has ingested Marijuana. The vet offered treatments based on the assumption of Marijuana ingestion, but no other ideas or options were offered. Upon arriving home I re-sesrched the house. I saw the cleaner I was using in the bathroom (where our dog was with me the whole time I was cleaning). It was a strong tea tree cleaner. I looked up online if that could be the problem and low and behold it appeared to be 100% in keeping with our situation. The vet assumed the entire time that it was Marijuana and failed to even mention Tea Tree (despite it being a common substance in homes). They failed to even listen to me about Marijuana not being a possible problem and did not even explore or consider any other possibilities. I called back to get help and am currently waiting for someone to call me back. This is frightening and frustrating. Edit: I did receive a call and got information regarding tea tree poisoning later on. The vets did check up on my dog the next day.

He got a full bath, blow dry, brushout, ear cleaning, nails trimmed and filed, and teeth brushed. (My Toy Poodle has long tight curly hair that was starting to and was matted.) All of this was about $50. All of this was about the same price as our x groomer. And I looked over my pup; I did not see any nicks/cuts. I was not able to meet the staff or to see the place in person. But my dad dropped off our pup and he liked the place. Seeing the after effect and seeing the results; I am happy with this place. I have read up on their website, and it seems like a cool little place! This was a first time try, and we may come back.

Brittany uses the same positive reinforcements with her human students that she uses with your dog. He received excellent care and I would highly recommend Saragold Boarding/Training for anyone looking for excellent K9 training. We will definitely be doing more training with Saragold. My last experience with grooming @ petco, the groomer shaved my corgi's stomach & I have been hesitant to take him back in case he's shaved elsewhere. My friend tried What The Pup and loved them for her corgi, so we thought we'd give them a try. What the Pup was really affordable, awesome with communication & was patient with my newer adopted corgi who is terrified of everything, even baths with groomers, apparently. (Sorry!) They both came home so soft & with beautiful haircuts & trims. They treated the double coats how they should be treated. The cute bandanas were a really nice touch! We are so happy with our experience - we will definitely be back!! I'm so excited to find a groomer I can trust with my corgis' double coats.
