On the way home from the groomers I realized my dogs eye was severely damaged. When I called them and left a message they called back and said nothing was wrong. The man who groomed he relied to my face, upon finally speaking to the women (assuming the owner) she said her husband got soap in her eye. I can understand if an accident occurs, but what bothers me was no respect or integrity. I asked what happened and was lied to my face. Won't ever come back!

My last experience with grooming @ petco, the groomer shaved my corgi's stomach & I have been hesitant to take him back in case he's shaved elsewhere. My friend tried What The Pup and loved them for her corgi, so we thought we'd give them a try. What the Pup was really affordable, awesome with communication & was patient with my newer adopted corgi who is terrified of everything, even baths with groomers, apparently. (Sorry!) They both came home so soft & with beautiful haircuts & trims. They treated the double coats how they should be treated. The cute bandanas were a really nice touch! We are so happy with our experience - we will definitely be back!! I'm so excited to find a groomer I can trust with my corgis' double coats.

He got a full bath, blow dry, brushout, ear cleaning, nails trimmed and filed, and teeth brushed. (My Toy Poodle has long tight curly hair that was starting to and was matted.) All of this was about $50. All of this was about the same price as our x groomer. And I looked over my pup; I did not see any nicks/cuts. I was not able to meet the staff or to see the place in person. But my dad dropped off our pup and he liked the place. Seeing the after effect and seeing the results; I am happy with this place. I have read up on their website, and it seems like a cool little place! This was a first time try, and we may come back.

I'm still finding scabs from where they cut him. When I went to pick up my dogs, they handed me two receipts. I paid & went home. I get a call 20 minutes later saying I need to come back to pay for one of my dogs. Apparently, they gave me the wrong invoice & it was all my fault. I tried explaining to the lady that it's not my issue they handed me the wrong invoice & that i was not coming back for HER mistake. She got extremely rude with me & blocked me in their system. Mind you, I take my dogs to petsmart every 8 weeks to get their hair cut. I buy all their food, treats & toys there. I have NEVER had an experience like this before. I travel the country full time so I go to new petsmarts every time. DO NOT GO HERE.
