Unfortunately, I've had two separate experiences where they couldn't make my order because they didn't have enough boba available for double boba. As a customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a boba shop to have enough boba on hand, especially for customers who are willing to pay extra. This seems like a preventable inventory and supply planning issue. If I were managing the store, I'd want to make sure we never ran out of our main product. After today's experience, I've decided I won't be returning. It's disappointing because this used to be my go to spot, but this has happened one too many times.

Mango is my favorite so I ordered a Mangonada- Mango syrup, Mango ice cream buried on the bottom, diced mango on top, chamomile, Tajik, and tamari a straw. This treat is a little spicy and sweet. I wish there was more mango pieces. I felt it was quite skimpy. I ordered this just for the mangos. The shaved ice was perfectly syruped. There wasn't any white shaved ice peeking out. Under the shaved ice was the mango ice cream. How it was placed you had to eat most of the shaved ice before you can reach the ice cream. Today was only a high of 79 so it wasn't too hot out. Thus I didn't have an issue with it melting too fast. Actually it was only 77 when I ordered it so it didn't melt at all. Parking wasn't too challenging as today is a Sunday. Plus the meters don't run on Sunday so parking is free. We parked around the block in front of J town Pizza. A hop skip and jump.

Love the shop! The young lady who took my order was very helpful. My husband and I were overwhelmed by the amount of options, but she asked us questions and helped us pick the ones that matched our preference! (Tropical Paradise was amazing!) The only issue we had was the other lady who seemed a bit older. She was quiet and really no help. She also had hickies along the side of her neck which doesn't give the shop a very family, friend feel. Overall amazing service! I will be coming back. read more

My family loves to walk here and get ice cream. It's a great place to sit play table games,talk about are days without the distraction of tv, phones, and tablets haha. The color of the inside is very relaxing And happy they always have fun music going and all there food is super fresh there coffee is amazing and of high quality. Super cute and delicious! Little bit of island life right in Hollister. Shaved ice is amazing and they serve Mariannes ice cream and dole pineapple soft serve.
