1st and foremost... They are extremely responsive!!! Got a quote from Austin the owner and he answered multiple questions I had, even the dumb ones .. I've usually just done the tint when I bought my car... but never again! I'm coming to Ohana tint! I was going to wait until I moved and even quoted places in the mainland... I'm so glad I didn't wait and just went with a small local company! They really do treat you like family! Location: it creeps up on you fast when you're coming around the corner on Dillingham but it's right by Costco so you can walk around there and get some soft serve. Day of installation I had the first appointment and Kyle greeted me and instructed me where to park... he had a heat gun and showed me the difference between Ceramic and the cheaper tints they have... CERAMIC is the way to go! Holds out so much more heat! Being able to feel the difference and see the temperature decrease, did it for me because I have a little one! Definitely worth it! Having my tint done through Ohana Tinting was such an easy and convenient experience. As soon as I arrived Kyle came out to greet me and brought me inside. He asked some initial questions on my tint, what I expected, and then got right to it. The owner Austin was also there, and together they retinted both my driver and passenger windows in record time. Not what I was expecting. Got their most expensive tint. As far as the quality of tinting goes, there were no problems. But lots of trimmings from the tint were in the truck and my exterior windows were dirty(dust and bird droppings). The trimmings were unexplainable. Maybe the exterior windows weren't included but I'd think that you'd clean it to show off the tint and to make sure that you have a clean area to work... maybe. Makes me think that it was a bit of a rush job. We'll see how long this tint lasts. Hopefully they're still around to honor tint's lifetime warranty if need be. read more
