Signing a contract was quick and easy. She created a template for our pictures and was gracious with taking feedback. She came on-time, and flawlessly worked with our 2nd graders and families to take pictures over our specified time. She printed photos on the spot but also later provided me with a link to a downloadable album as well as an online photo gallery which she told me she will host for a year. Desiree gave us a couple of options of how we wanted to receive our photos. There was digital, printed or both, but we opted for the digital version. It's super cool it can text, airdrop and I think email (not too sure I can't remember). You receive the pictures within a literal minute and it's so easy! Besides photos you can also do boomerangs! We had a line outside the photo lounge all night!!!…read moreIn lieu of a guestbook, we had all our guests go in the photo lounge and take some fun pictures, then paste them in a scrapbook and write us a note, it is one of the greatest memories we have from the wedding. We literally had to drag people from the booth to the dance floor. The ladies at mobile photo lounge do everything, they bring boxes and boxes of props, all the glue, scissors, tape, markers etc. It was so much fun! Not that I plan to have another wedding, but if I did, I would hire them again in a second....and as a matter of fact, the next time I throw a party, I will hire them! The best thing is that it isn't a photo booth, it's bigger, like a tented structure of sorts, but it looks good and you can fit a big group inside.... Are you getting married?? A HUGE HIT and PERK at my baby shower!!…read more Envelop Smiles is FANTASTIC and will be a staple at my future events :) Michelle (owner) was professional, personable, patience, diligent and provided superb customer service from beginning to end. She made this experience seamless and I didn't have to worry about her- which I unfortunately couldn't say the same for my other vendors LOL I provided an online template for the "theme" i was going for and she was able to capture that PERFECTLY in the photo background! I suggested color changes and she was able to adapt, which providing me a mock up a few days later. I was confident in her skills and knew she'd successfully execute my vision. For the backdrop, I asked for a few samples and she provided a gorgeous one that I've never seen other businesses use! Instead of opting for the standard gold/ rose gold shimmer, we went with a pink/ neutral marble background that added a WOW factor to my guests. Michelle arrived early for set-up, didn't need much space and had super cute and updated props. My color scheme was lavender and IDK if she BOUGHT lavender baby signs but we were so impressed with the wide selection that gave character to our event :) The biggest stunner of all? THERE WERE FRIDGE MAGNETS!!! Guests were able to put their printed pics in fridge magnets as a unique keep sake! IDK if I'm removed from the photobooth world but I've never experienced or heard about this being an option. I also appreciate Michelle providing a link to all the pics taken, so I can send to attendees! My guests had a BLAST and we're sooo grateful to have Envelop Smiles be a large contributor to our successful baby shower. There were a few technical difficulties (not their fault) but just because there were a few little issues she said they would stay until 7:45-8pm free of charge and ended up staying until about 10 or so.
