My lash tech was professional and really sweet. I relaxed as meditation music played in the background. Whole process took I feel less than an hour and I was in and put before you know it. Before leaving you're given a free lash spooling to help maintain your lashes. They also advise if you have any concerns or questions to feel free to call or come back. Great service here! read more

I have been getting lash extensions for years. My lash girl decided to up and leave Miami and left me abandoned. How dare she! I decided to give my lashes a break for a few months then look for a new stylist. For lack of any good recommendations, I purchased a Groupon for the first two visits. The salon is cute and very clean. I like the individual rooms for services, but the doors do remain open. No big deal. The girl that did my lashes was nice and friendly. My first visit ran about 1/2 hour late but my next couple of appointments were more or less on time. Knowing what I like, I specifically asked for a cat eye. My full set was pretty much straight and not ascending cat eye. I was not thrilled with how they looked, but they were not horrible. I did go in for three visits total. The lashes felt heavy and not light like I'm used to. I take really good care of my lashes and usually go the full three weeks before refill. However, the lashes started falling out early on. And in clumps. The refill lashes started falling out the same day. Maybe the weight or perhaps they use clusters vs individual. I could feel when they fell on my cheek. It felt like a bug landing on my face. :)) I decided to give my lashes yet another break since my lashes were more sparse and shorter afterward than ever before. They obviously have good reviews, so others are happy. Pik Beauty is not bad, just not for me. And not what I'm used to. read more

i'm sorry, i really hate doing this to a small business, but this type of retention on a full set when it hasn't been two weeks since i got them done is unacceptable. i got my lashes done on a friday - this is how they looked the following wednesday. i took great care of my lashes - and i know i'm not the problem because i got them done at a different salon and they lasted the full two weeks. it's very frustrating to spend $140 on self-care only to look like this. read more

This place is a gem! Super cute, elegant, chic and the staff is amazing. Karo did a henna eyebrow tint for me and a set of natural lashes. She took her time and asked me what I wanted as far as a lash look and explained everything beforehand. She was meticulous during the application of lashes and they came out great and super natural like I wanted. The henna brows were awesome too. I went last week I believe the woman who did my lashes was named Paola or Paula I may be wrong I requested short lashes because I prefer more natural looking she did great and finished in 45 min! I will say what made the experience unenjoyable were the 3 women who work there hanging out when I was waiting to cash out they were rude horrible customer service it was like I wasn't even there they were too busy talking to even make eye contact and ask if i had a lash brush to take home (which I was never given) they checked me out and didn't even say thank you or a simple goodbye and for that I will never return. read more

I am very upset. I have been to this salon a few times and I recently went in to get my eyebrows done. Usually the cost is $15 to do eyebrows and I did not want to do wax so I asked to pluck them. They charged me $25 dollars just to pluck my eyebrows. I went with a friend who waxed her eyebrows and she stated that I only took about two to three minutes more to pluck mine. I have plucked my eyebrows before here and it never cost me this much. Even one of the employees seemed shocked by the price.. read more
