This was my first time here based upon a recommendation from a co-worker. I called and asked about getting my vehicle in to have two new tires put on. I already had the tires but just needed them mounted and balanced. The gentleman I spoke to told me to bring it right in and they could have it done by the end of the day. I asked if there was anyway possible way to have it done by 11:30 AM due to needing the vehicle for work purposes and he stated they should be able to accommodate me. Not only did they have it done by the time I requested, it was done by approx. 10:30 AM. Considering I called and then dropped it at 9 AM and they had it done an hour before the time I requested, I'd say this is fantastic customer service from start to finish. The gentleman I dealt with was friendly and courteous as well. Great experience and I think I may have found my new local shop to take my vehicles to.
