Too me that is a level of personal service I am not really accustomed to these days. As for his truck they had it less time than expected. They completed the repairs under budget. Also, when the truck was finished you wouldn't have even known it was in a accident. I was also made aware as the step son is 18 they kept him apprised if the goings on regular through the whole repair as well! Overall super impressed and I highly recommend.

I called and asked about getting my vehicle in to have two new tires put on. I already had the tires but just needed them mounted and balanced. The gentleman I spoke to told me to bring it right in and they could have it done by the end of the day. I asked if there was anyway possible way to have it done by 11:30 AM due to needing the vehicle for work purposes and he stated they should be able to accommodate me. Not only did they have it done by the time I requested, it was done by approx. 10:30 AM. Considering I called and then dropped it at 9 AM and they had it done an hour before the time I requested, I'd say this is fantastic customer service from start to finish. The gentleman I dealt with was friendly and courteous as well. Great experience and I think I may have found my new local shop to take my vehicles to.
