This service was paid for in advance as well. We spent the entire day in Toledo waiting for the car to be finished, only to get a phone call at 5:15 (they close at 6) to be told that the car was not done. Husband goes into the shop and says he wants a refund because they didn't complete the job, and the guy (PZL) said he wouldn't refund the $670 charge. What?! I don't recommend this business, and from the other reviews I have seen, I'm not alone.
