I had a idea which gear ratio I wanted and the owner helped me confirm that decision using Mopar charts, I felt much more confident with the install after that discussion. The owner then broke down the cost, labor involved and post care after install. Its been 2 weeks since install, I have followed the break in period per the owner, checked for diff and axle leaks all good, re-gear is tight no backlash or wining and Mopar chart per tach reading is spot on I cant be happier. To the owner and front desk I say thank you for your professionalism especially during covid struggles it was a job well done and to other downriver jeepers this is a business you can be confident in getting the job done right,, BRAVO !!!

I heard a customer saying the mechanic hadn't arrived yet and I'd been there about 40 minutes. I waited patiently after 2 hrs and asked the status of my car. He told me the mechanic was working on it and it would be within an hr. 15 minutes later it was ready. Just over 2 hrs wasn't bad. Guy at the desk was friendly and just doing his job. The Farmington location only had appointments for late January. Royal Oak did walk-ins only.
