I had a idea which gear ratio I wanted and the owner helped me confirm that decision using Mopar charts, I felt much more confident with the install after that discussion. The owner then broke down the cost, labor involved and post care after install. Its been 2 weeks since install, I have followed the break in period per the owner, checked for diff and axle leaks all good, re-gear is tight no backlash or wining and Mopar chart per tach reading is spot on I cant be happier. My latest occasion with this business, I had delivered both Yukon XL and new Dodge Charger to an agreed upon scope of work (removal & replacement of existing enclosure in Yukon to restore trunk space) and then install aftermarket subs, tweeters, Amps and DSP into the Charger. They sat on both vehicles for two weeks, stringing me along, and then when I started calling them for status updates the sales manager (Nick) claimed the job was "too much" for them (same job they had already agreed to down to the component). Fraudulence and Incompetence - AVOID!
