Doing a quick internet search it appeared that a spring had broken. I called several different repair services and was quoted $1200+ for the repair. I finally called CD Doors in Westerville and spoke to Chris. He asked that I text pictures of my door and the spring mechanism, made a quick diagnosis and quoted me a price 1/2 of what other repair services offered. Chris arrived first thing the next morning, thoroughly explained and showed me the problem and repair, then got to work. Mark finally called me at 1pm to say he was on his way as if he didn't miss the appointment by 3 hours. I had already called my home warranty company to have them send the job somewhere else and told him not to bother. Maybe they do good work if you don't have a job or can afford to wait around all day. If you would rather work with someone that keeps their appointments or at the very least calls when they are not going to be able to make it, you should look elsewhere.
