Great Company, work, and service were outstanding. I called them at 7:15 am because as I was leaving the house my garage door spring and broke and I could not get out and I had to pick my daughter up at the airport that morning. To my surprise, the owner answered the phone and when I explained what was going on he came out himself and had the door fixed before 8:30 and the bill was a lot less than I expected it would be. it does not get any better than that in the service world. Upon a recommendation from family members, I called Central Ohio Garage Door to get a quote on a new garage door and opener installation. Prior to contacting Central Ohio Garage Door I'd gotten the run around with another company and was frustrated. Bruce took my call and made arrangements to come to my home for the quote on a day that worked for my schedule. He arrived during the promised time (a Saturday morning) and was fast and efficient in his assessment. I found out he was the owner of the company. He gave me a very fair quote and said he could have one of his installers there on Monday morning. WOW - two days later I had a quality garage door hung and the old door hauled away. I had a question after the installation and Bruce again took my call and delivered on what he told me. It is so difficult to find trustworthy companies that care about their customers. Very pleased with everything about this business, from the business owner who answered my initial call, to the service technicians who came right on schedule and fixed our 18-year-old garage door so quickly (about 15 minutes) after one of the cables came unwrapped, leaving the door hanging half open and skewed on tracks. Price very reasonable for service visit. I especially appreciate that the techs were willing to answer my questions about price for replacement door, but there was no hard sell or suggestion that the slightly dented door needs to be replaced immediately. Since this company also does other home repair, I asked for a basic quote to replace our original front door, threshold, and door frame, which have some weather damage. Very pleased with that quote as well, and hope to schedule that job later this summer. Service from this business definitely merits all of the positive comments left by other customers on their web site.
