One of their supervisors that are assigned our area in Greene county ohio (Matt) will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your business, then suddenly everything is either your fault, mother natures fault or someone else's fault. He will not accept responsibility for anything and will argue with you until the cows come home. The customer is never right is his policy. After your lawn is destroyed, they want to charge ridiculous amounts of money to "fix" it. I would definitely not recommend this company. Call TruGreen or another larger company if you want your yard taken care of properly.
