I have been here twice within 15 months for UTIs, and saw the same practitioner both times. I had a good experience. They were busy, but patients were being seen. It was obvious they had a lot to do, but I never felt ignored or disrespected. Jonathan Gay was very kind, efficient, and asked the right questions. I would of course go there again. Additionally, I didnt realize I could schedule online, so I went in, but my wait was reasonable - I was in and out within an hour, and there were at least 3 patients in front of me. read more

Most urgent care systems have at least a 5 minute grace period.. they tried to say I was "extremely late" because their location just happens to be on high street Columbus. They wouldn't even accommodate a brief second to let me pee in a cup.. highly don't recommend this location. "Nurses" are impatient and not very kind for being health care providers read more

I went to the Graceland Little Clinic after suffering for 2 wks with sinus pressure, drainage, cough, mucous. I had been taking meds at home for this. These symptoms are typical of a sinus infection I get every couple of years. the practitioner was not friendly at all. She prescribed me a cough medicine for this. I told her these are the same symptoms as when I get a sinus infection and they always prescribe antibiotics. She would not give me antibiotics, she said no to my request for antibiotics. Now I spent $100 on cough medicine and need to go somewhere else to be seen and spend more money to get antibiotics. read more

After my negative experience with The Little Clinic I attempted to contact their customer service department through normal means (emails & phone calls). I also wrote about it here, because I think that other people should know about what happened to me, before they consider using The Little Clinic for healthcare. Oddly, nobody contacted me because of the normal means I used to contact The Little Clinic. I was contacted because of my negative review here. Although, I am glad that The Little Clinic contacted me and I am happy if my review has been helpful to others - The Little Clinic should respond to customers, who contact them through normal means. Once The Little Clinic did contact me via e-mail they said that want to make my situation "right" and gave me a contact person, who would "expedite" my customer service. I e-mailed this person and 3 days (really fast, huh?) later she got back to me. It was at this point that I came to see that even though I had only had a bad experience at one The Little Clinic location - as a company I would not recommend EVER doing business with the The Little Clinic. I was contacted by a woman who works as a "clinical liaison" for The Little Clinic. She never made me aware of her credentials, but she did attempt to diagnose me over the phone, without EVER having examined me. I could not have been more horrified by this unethical and unprofessional behavior, which was clearly sanctioned by The Little Clinic. Moreover, the diagnosis that this "clinical liaison" gave me was the opposite of the one given by 3 other healthcare professionals, including the nurse practitioner from The Little Clinic, who initially diagnosed me. Really, I was expecting an apology. But instead I The Little Clinic attempted to mislead me, because they clearly feared some sort of further complaint on my part. I understand that many of these types of clinics appeal to busy people or those, who don't have regular access to healthcare. No matter who you are you deserve better care from your heath care provider. Don't go here. Not only will you be putting your health at risk you might be subject to the unethical practices of this corporation as a whole. read more

You know it's a wild notion to think that healthcare should just be free. When aspirins are marked up to $17 per pill in a hospital you think us Americans could see we are getting the raw end of the deal. The Little Clinic is in on it too. If you don't have insurance it's out of pocket and still expensive. Just to see the NP is $85 and then, if she thinks you need meds, it's more depending on what you need. If she doesn't want to give you anything then you still pay and will come back again to pay $35 extra dollars to try again. The ladies didn't know prices. They quoted me a totally different number on the phone then when it was time to pay. But when you are in a crunch and you have no other options you are forced to hand it over. I've been to the Little Clinic on several occasions and have had a good experience each time. Today my experience was even better than in the past. The nurse practitioner on duty was great. He was extremely relatable and pleasant, able to diagnose what was going on, gave me contextual information about causes and how to treat, and answer other questions I had. The wait time varies depending on the busyness at a given moment, but this has been my go to quick stop on the weekend or when I'm not able to get into primary care. read more

Before going to the little clinic, I decided to do some research and check to see if it was covered by my insurance and so forth. I arrived fairly early, 8:30am on a weekday, and was seen, diagnosed and had a prescription in hand in a little less than an hour. I was highly impressed! This was a lot faster and more convenient than going to my normal pcp. I'm not typically a fan of going to the doctor because I have trust issues (haha) but the people working at this little clinic genuinely cared. I even received a call 2 days later from someone at the little clinic asking how I was feeling! Whaaaat?! I will for sure go back the next time I have an illness and need a doc ASAP. read more

What can I say? This was a terrible experience! I am going to post the email I sent them. Needless to say, I still don't feel well and will now have to go to a 'more reputable' medical facility....................... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I visited your clinic at 6417 Columbus Pike,Lewis Center, OH on March 16, 2011 with the flu. The nurse had given me a prescription for antibiotics and an inhaler. On day 4 I knew the inhaler was not working at all as it had only air coming out and no medicine. I returned it to the Kroger pharmacy and they apologized and gave me another inhaler from a different lot number. On day 6 I called The Little Clinic and told them the anitbiotics were not doing the job and asked for a different kind. She told me I probably had pneumonia and needed a chest Xray. I have had pneumonia in the past and am very aware of what it feels like and this was NOT the case. I finished the prescription she gave me and this morning (Monday the 28th), I went into the clinic and asked again if she would give me another kind of antibiotic as I was still not feeling well - better but not well. The nurse told me no problem but I would have to pay another $69.00!! I feel this was totally uncalled for since I had been in contact with her earlier and let her know that the antibiotics were not doing the job. And I lost valuable time getting a faulty inhaler. I had actually caught this from my brother and referred him to your clinic (he went to a different location). They had given him antibiotics and cough syrup with codeine. His antibiotics were not working for him either and they switched kinds for him - no problem and he is doing MUCH better now. Needless to say, I am still not feeling better and I have wasted $69.00. I already paid that money once for 10 minutes of the nurses time and refuse to give another $69 when I feel they should have finished the treatment until I felt better. I had bilateral ear pain after having a cold for about a week. The nurse practitioner took a full medical history, asking about prior hospitalizations, surgeries, childbirth, kids' ages, etc. When she asked "Is your father still living?" I knew that we were moving into full family medical history. I was planning to pick my kid up from preschool in about 30 minutes. I politely asked if we could skip further background questions and move on to the exam. The nurse practitioner then became hostile, prefacing every comment with a sing-song "This is necessary for the diagnosis and I'm sorry to have to ask you ____." Okay, whatever. Then she actually checked my ears, and she gleefully said to me, "Both ears look absolutely normal and there's nothing wrong." I was speechless. That evening I got a second opinion, which confirmed that I have a bilateral ear infection. Apparently I annoyed the nurse practitioner to the point where she intentionally gave me a false diagnosis. Glad to know that now, so I never waste my time or endanger my health here again. read more
