This resulted in a burnout that we were unable to reverse. He was there and gone in about 5 minutes. We asked them to stop coming after that and really chalked it up to a poorly trained technician. What made it worse is that we explained several times what had happened, sent photos and asked them to delete our bill and they have still sent us to collections. We explained that we did not feel we should be charged for a service that did this to our lawn. I mean, why would anyone pay money to a company that did this? The whole point of hiring a lawn care company is to avoid this type of issue. We were hoping to part ways quietly and without incident, but the fact that they are insisting to be paid is just too much. We are now being harassed by a collection agency.
