Sure, the price was cheaper but we had no idea the quality and then the expedited shipping would have been crazy expensive. So I stopped into Young's to talk to them about what I needed. The lady was incredibly helpful (I think her name was Nancy) and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Sure...the shirts cost me a little more than online but I was happy to pay it to support a local company and to avoid the possibility of shipping delays. I picked up the shirts today and they are perfect!!! I will definitely be using them for future needs!

However, as the process moved forward, deadlines were not met, communication became less and less, and promises and 'guarantees' were not followed through. Since the event took place in March 2022 (approximately 6 months ago), the school's program has been consistently begging for their share of profit from the event, and for a sales report. Both have not been received one and the owner has not responded after numerous attempts. It definitely has been one of the worst customer experiences and the sad part is the students and their program have to pay the price. I'm sure they are great to work with individually, but I do not recommend them for any sort of fundraising opportunity or larger event, it leaves you feeling like it was a scam.

Our event was March 2022 and as of August 2022 we still have not received our monetary portion from the sales and have not received a sales report from the event after numerous phone calls and emails. The choir program is now having to deal with financial hardships as we had to pay for the merchandise in advance. This has been a stressful situation and we do not recommend using this company.

Definitely would recommend them for small jobs and have already stuck them in my contacts in case we need orders done for our corporate events.

AND when I reported him to the department of labor , he literally filed theft charges on me to keep from having to pay me. It's ok though because I'm currently working with an attorney to get what he owes me and then I'm pressing charges on him for defamation. Now about the business. He's terrible at running a business. I don't think he could do any worse if he was actively trying to run it in to the ground. His poor parents. He literally would tell me to just put terrible quality items in the customers boxes. He didn't care about color matching. He didn't care if the embroidery was missing whole sections. He just doesn't care. I worked overti.e on a hat order and he promised me a bonus check. Never seen it. I brought him customers and then regretted it. I was the printer and he would make me send out low quality work. I hated it. He never answers the phone. He just sucks.
