There's not a lot of employees who do the checkout line so most lines are self service which is not our preferred way but customers are nice we do not buy a full cart so customers sometimes let us go before them since we Do not buy so many items. The other day I got so frustrated with disorganized and unhelpful staff that I decided I would drive to Solon And see what they had. I was greeted three times. I had two employees ask if they could help me. I thought I knew what I needed but another came and asked if he could help me and he took me right to the plumbing item I was looking for and was knowledgeable about what I was trying to do. The cashier was sweet and treated me like a human. From now on I'll dry the extra distance and still get home quicker!
