At one point this location only had one motorized cart They then added another cart that was always broken. What good is my membership if I don't have the assistance of the motorized cart to shop? I reported the lack of availability of handicap carts to corporate several times. I was told that they would have more carts however they never did. I eventually started shopping with a friend who has a Sam's Club membership, where there is always an abundance of motorized handicap carts. I gave up trying to shop at BJ's. They have the audacity to renew my membership and place it on my credit card. At that time I called to have the renewal taken off my credit card and also requested the initial price of the membership to be refunded to me. They would not give me a refund on my initial membership because it had expired nine days previously. It's a shame that handicap individuals cannot shop at a store because they refuse to provide motorized handicap carts. Please be aware when purchasing a membership to this BJ's location if you are handicap.

Unlike some other wholesale clubs, their items are reasonably sized. No gallon tubs of dressing or ketchup. They even have a wide variety of items.

With food prices low enough to make the slow lines and aisles in disarray worth it, you keep us coming back. Your closeout section is where you really shine. With items no one knew they needed (because they don't) and odd unsalable outcasts from other stores, you are sure to find a 99 cent treasure or two. Who cares if the the undershirts they sell are marked irregular- with Marc's low prices on fiber, you can be sure that even if your shirts aren't regular, that you are. Stop in and stay a while!

But the amount of expired food being sold and the length of the expirations have had a huge increase recently. Hummus - over a month expired. Yogurt - a few weeks. Bread was one of the things we didn't pay much attention to, until a recent purchase of hamburger buns molded after two days and we realized they were expired by several weeks. The other day I got so frustrated with disorganized and unhelpful staff that I decided I would drive to Solon And see what they had. I was greeted three times. I had two employees ask if they could help me. I thought I knew what I needed but another came and asked if he could help me and he took me right to the plumbing item I was looking for and was knowledgeable about what I was trying to do. The cashier was sweet and treated me like a human. From now on I'll dry the extra distance and still get home quicker!
