The issues that were stated didn't concern me too much based on the cost savings I would receive ($600) and they seemed like random circumstances, spread years apart. The responses from Compusource over the issues also seemed legit. I ended up buying an EPSON STC8000 printer, it was not in stock at places like Best Buy or Amazon, and if it was, it was far more than MSRP. The printer was delivered perfectly, no issues, came exactly as stated and much quicker than I expected, especially after reading other's reviews. I would buy from them again.

Turnaround time can be a couple weeks to a month but he has lots of speakers he is working on so not a big deal. I feel the prices are fair for refoaming and you will have no issues after. I was glad to give them business to help keep them going when things were closed down and will keep going. I went to them because when I worked in radio we had some old JBL 4412's refoamed 7 years ago and they did great work.

When I returned to the shop to get my refund, I brought the laptop. The owner, the day before, had had me try to log in after offering me the refund, but I had forgotten my password and needed to try at home. However, knowing I had to download over 200GB of files from OneDrive myself, I spent 45 minutes trying to log into Microsoft across my phone and three PCs, but could not. Tech A was cool toward my presence but listened and helped me get logged in. While the refund was processing, I opened the OneDrive box and noted out loud that it was asking to upload, but I needed to download. That is when Tech B snapped at me, saying, "YOU don't get that." He meant that because I was getting a refund, he wouldn't help me. I pointed out that even for the full fee, the shop had originally sent me home with zero instructions on how to log in or download my files. Up until Tech B's words, I was going to move on. As a senior citizen, that petty comment and his angry, dismissive attitude are what I will remember about this business. A sincere apology from the owner and the technician would make this right, but so far, they have chosen not to take that path. UPDATE: I formally notified the owner via email about this incident, and he chose not to respond or address his staff's behavior apparently. I took both of my computers to Ram Online in Brunswick, where they treated me with total respect and started the OneDrive download for free in under a minute.

They were hired to install new security cameras and was planned out that it would take 2 months…read more(tops) from start to finish. It took over 1 year for them to finally finish, and during the whole process was fed nothing but excuses, and sub par work. Everything was half done, and that half was done incorrectly. Every week there was some new employee here they hired, and that person had no idea where the last guy left off from the week before, and good luck getting a hold of the man in charge. You will be ignored for weeks on end until he sees fit to get back to you. Basically this is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with, and if I'm ever asked if I know of a company to refer, all I can say is. I definitely know of a company to never call! I don't know who Tom G is, but I already know he's a liar.
