We frequent this Sam's club location when we shop- my dad got prime steaks and mangoes there this season - late summer we buy white peaches . There's not a lot of employees who do the checkout line so most lines are self service which is not our preferred way but customers are nice we do not buy a full cart so customers sometimes let us go before them since we Do not buy so many items. I have been really impressed with Sams Club of late. Their curbside has been excellent. Even the time I go in I can scan my items on my phone,pay and show them the QR code on my phone and done. My favorite wholesale store hands down. I visit at least once a month to stock on snacks and beverages. I've also found great deals for my home, like my kitchen barstools. They also have the best bakery! Whenever there's a birthday we opt for easy and get the 30 cupcakes from Sam's. The cakes/cupcakes are always delicious and you can order them if you don't want to grab the ones that are already sitting out. Another of our favorite quick pick ups is the rotisserie chicken, but go early or you'll wait, because they go fast! read more

This review is solely based on the bakery. I would have never thought to get a cake from Sam's Club. But I was so genuinely surprised at how cute the options were here between the cupcake cakes, regular cakes and cookie cakes. We opted for a cookie cake with a pretty edible flower. I guess I'm used to the generic grocery store cookie cakes that are thin and unremarkable. I was so surprised when we cut into this cake and it was thick and had multi-layers of frosting and cookie! It was delicious and hearty and totally unexpected. Like I said, I never would have thought to get bakery from Sam's Club. But for less than $20, the price can't be beat. That cookie cake served nearly 25 people and was a huge hit. The gal working also did nice cursive writing on the cake. I'll be back! read more

Golly gee, I get to review another Sam's Club! I gotta tell ya, this Sam's club is not one of my favorites. The staff here are.....welllllll, let's just say I think they all eat from the same bowl of cheerios with expired milk. Smiles? Uhhhh.... Helpful? Uhhhh..... suffice to say, I don't come here for the staff interactions. I love this locations parking lot. Easy to navigate and plenty of spots to park. I cannot say that about all the local Sam's clubs. They have plenty of gas pumps at the gas station too....making it super easy when it is busy. The layout of this location is nice and they keep it clean and tidy. Plenty of checkouts that are well staffed too. Their produce section can be a bit hit or miss with freshness however. Overall this location is mediocre. I come often but am never wowed. read more

I like this Sam's Club. Always has the best price on gas, and a good selection inside. I like going on weekends when they are giving away free samples. But this is also the day they are most crowded. I've never had a hassle here, and when I order for them to pre-pak my order, they get it right (I have a business account) Just sometime I don't need 12 of everything, like the glue sticks I purchased :-) Won't need more glue sticks for a couple years :-) read more

Sams club is good for finding whatever you need. Yet when you order online to have things shipped to wherever call the club after your purchase !! If not the Date they have set up for you is a hoax !! I ordered on March 18th for a delivery on April 2nd 2021 It says I'm the notes to be delivered on the 2nd of April not another day !! So I have been though 4 agents over an hour and half on the phone with No resolution at all. People have things to do and can't sit waiting on a purchase that now they tell me Won't be delivered till next week !! You've got to be kidding me!! Now on to my 5th person and still nothing. This is all so very Disappointing Sams Club I had better expectations for you yet you've let me down. Will not be ordering from you again as far as I can see . I entered the club today with the intention of joining. But I'd never been to one before so I wanted to see what it is like. The guard at front door said I absolutely could not go in without a membership. He was quite rude. Killed any desire for me to join, guess I'm headed to Costco. read more

This is a pretty standard Sam's Club, and I find myself going almost on a weekly basis. I am only shopping for two AND we also have a Costco membership, but I find myself going here more regularly. Not only is it closer downtown than any Costco, where I live, but it has more of the standard brands you are probably used to buying, such as Tostitos, Egglands, KIND bars (the good flavors, not like Costco...:D), etc. We get the Bumble Bee tuna salad kits often, as well as the Egglands eggs and the orange juice. They have Donatos pizza, which I believe is a local favorite, and like Costco they have big rotisserie chickens for $5. We also picked up their frozen pizza on Super Bowl Sunday and it was very good! There are definitely food stands just like Costco on a regular basis, but I haven't tracked enough as to when they are or aren't there to know when they are. I believe they're generally during lunchtime, at the very least. They also sometimes have giveaways; when we were there yesterday my husband got two free knives after listening to a three minute talk while I was shopping. This also saved me a lot of money because it was like free husband daycare where my husband wasn't running around putting junk food in the cart, so it was a win-win. They have tons of self-checkouts, which I LOVE because I can just scan everything in my cart without even taking it out and then put it into bags or trays afterwards. Unlike Costco, For the self check out, I never have to wait in line. If you wait for a person to check you out, there's probably at max one person in front of you. No ridiculous lines. One thing I'll note is that when we first joined I didn't have a home coffee grinder and would use theirs but it's hard to find and is right to the right of the exit, not really by the checkout area like Costco has it. And unlike Costco, they don't have tape or scissors there (at least not the times I've gone) so it's hard to open your coffee bag and hard to close it. Public service announcement. read more

Extremely disappointed in this location. I have never seen so many rude employees in one store ever. Started with the woman renewing my card all the way to the woman that checks your receipt as you are exiting. My mom and I interacted with 5 different employees are they all were very rude and miserable. I completely understand everyone has bad days but all five employees? This is not acceptable. Hopefully this location can get it together. I'll be sure to shop at other locations. read more

My favorite part of visiting any wholesale club is the samples. Sam's usually has the best selection with new products to try. I can usually find some good deals whenever I shop here. There seems to always be something on sale. My only compliant is that once you get used to buying a product there they suddenly stop carrying that item. read more

I go to Sam's for my essentials and have not been disappointed with my selections. I'm writing to give a review on the rotisserie chicken they prepare in the store. I have gotten the chicken 4 times and every time I get it it's undercooked. My family just got sick from the last time we purchased a chicken and deemed it out last time getting cooked food from Sam's. Please check to make sure your chicken is done before you eat it if you do purchase a rotisserie chicken. Had to warn those who are not aware, because it seems that Sam's process of cooking has not resolved the issue thus far. read more

The Tire and Battery Center is a JOKE... I was there for 3 hours last week. They are understaffed. Lazy. Horrible customer service. I am clearly a woman and was called SIR... And no it was not out of habit... I have special rims and lug nuts where the air gun can not be used. Everything has to be done by hand. They said they couldn't do it. Spoke to a manager and he said they couldn't do it because "we don't have hand tools". They had ratchets on the wall which is all you would have needed with the lug nut adapter I had. I raised HELL.. they eventually put my new tires on. Mind you, I had ordered my tires online and had already paid for them and they were at the shop waiting for me. People just don't care about customer service these days. Flash forward to today, one week later.. back at the Tire and Battery Center to get my tires rebalanced simce my car shakes at 60 mph... they were balancrd when they put them on a week ago but not correctly. Incomprtent people who work there can't even do their job right!!! Get there at 7:30 a.m. (they open at 7) said they can't work on it until 9 when someone gets there... LAZY... I get people have emergencies and things happen but you should be adequately staffed incase something like this happens. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! read more

Get the scan and go app. It is a life saver. Scan your products as you put them in the cart. Pay through your phone. Walk straight to the exit. This upgrade to the checkout process has made Sams Club a dangerous place to shop; you're going to want to pick up anything and everything and pay for it on the spot without having to wait in lines. I don't come often, and pretty much exclusively on weekends. This Sam's Club doesn't seem any more or less crowded than others I've been to. They always have plenty of boxes for packaging up your purchases, and the bathrooms are frequently cleaned. To get the best selection of free samples, visit on the 1-2 weekends before a major cooking event like Thanksgiving, summer holiday barbecues, or go this Saturday for Super Bowl snacks. read more

I went in to find a gaming desk with my son. After walking the entire store I asked a floor sales associate if and where I could find the gaming desk. She did not even look up nor stop what she was doing to acknowledge me. She quickly responded "no we don't have desks". I knew this wasn't true because my sons best friend bought the same desk there that day. I kept looking on my own and found the desk. I had to load the box on the flat bed myself. I then tried to do self checkout and pay cash. A cashier then told me I couldn't pay with cash and I would need to go to a regular line. So I did and that cashier also had a bit of an attitude. It needs to be put under investigation with the health department. The cashiers are rude and the Managers do Not do their job. Hit or miss location. They don't always have the same items in stock, which is a little annoying. Plus on the weekends it's a zoo here!! So many people, however you get free samples on Saturday so there's the silver lining. TIP: if you're ever looking for an easy dessert for parties get the bite sized mixed cheese cakes in the frozen section. They will change your life!! They are even better if you eat them frozen! This is not a good club. I shopped there over the weekend and will never go back. The food is very poor quality. If you're looking for electronics, office supplies, household supplies, clothing, books, etc. then this may be a good option for you. If you're looking for QUALITY food, this is not the spot. A lot of the produce was bruised and/or old. A lot of food was laying out of freezers and coolers. People decide they don't want something and just dump it on a shelf. This is not the clubs fault but I passed dozens of employees milling about and ignoring clothing items on the floor and food outside of the refrigeration units. Perishable food should not be left out of refrigeration. They clearly have a problem with customers leaving the food out and therefore should have someone going around checking for it. They should also post signs asking people not to do that. I saw several items that needed to be refrigerated lying on shelves and on tables. Purchased a large package of Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches. They're ruined. Either the freezer at the club is set to not keep the food adequately frozen or they were left out at some point. They're frozen solid now because I keep my deep freezer pretty cold and I refrigerated them when I got home right in the box. Don't appreciate spending $9 on misshapen ice cream sandwiches. The employees at this club are incredibly rude. I was in one of the freezer cases and an employee rolled up with a cart of food to put into an adjoining freezer. He swung the freezer door open with a fury and almost hit me with it. I told him to slow down before he hurts someone. He acted as though he did not hear me. On several occasions employees swung around corners at the speed of light with a cart full of food in tow. Their attitude seems to be "get the h*ll out of the way because I'm coming through!" I noticed a lot of meat in the freezer cases expiring in one to two days. I did not buy any. The overall atmosphere of the store, and parking lot, is wild. I did not care for the experience at all and will not be back. I know it's a warehouse club and there are tons of people there. It's not going to be a Sunday school service. However, I think they can ask their employees not to add to the problem by almost running customers down, roughly bumping into people and not saying excuse me, and having sour attitudes. They can also make sure that food is not left in the clothes bins, on shelves, etc. I like Sams Club. However, I won't give this one a second try. read more

This is "my" Sam's Club location and have been going to it for quite a few years. People are friendly and helpful, and the manager is always available to say hello and assist in any way. I do 90% of all my shopping here, including gas. I highly recommend it. One side note; it can get pretty crowded on weekends and be prepared to wait a bit when checking out. read more
