    ohio valley mall is always very nice and clean. very good selection of shops. wish they did more pageants though...

    Nice mall always plenty of nice shops. Always clean. Always easy to find parking. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from.

No one likes returning things to the store and unfortunatey other similiar stores have tightened their return policies for variuos reasons.     I went to buy a cutting board along with some other things at Marshall's and when I got home, I…read morenoticed that the cutting board at the top was split in half so I went to return it with a receipt. The person at the register called for a manager and Carrie came and she got to ask me did I not know that the cutting board was split previously from buying it? Then she proceeded to say after she scanned, it didn't look like what the dimensions were, but then she tried to measure it, and it was the dimensions that was stated on her phone. First, I didn't think anything of it and I went to go sit down but as I thought about it, I said oh no, I'm going to go talk to her because that was rude and accusing me of something I didn't do and don't do. Upon talking to her she have the audacity to tell me that people come in there and they take stuff out of there and then they bring in a receipt and want money back. I asked her what does that have to do with me? And then she began to apologize. And I looked her in her eyes straight in her soul and tell her I don't steal anything. Just for that and makes me not wanna go to Marshalls and spend my money. I have spent hundreds of dollars there and to be treated like a common thief when I don't do anything like that is beyond assassinating, my character.

    Good morning WalMart,     This Email concerns an ongoing corporate complaint that no one seems to…read morebe taking seriously. The complaint should come up under Lori Bolen with phone number 602-448-6735. We have been shopping at store #2199 since we moved here in 2020. We utilize the grocery pickup feature on a consistent basis. Over the last 6 months or so the service has become quite terrible. The current complaint concerns the amount of times you have to call the grocery pickup line before reaching a live person instead of a recording. This seems to be an ongoing issue that is not being addressed. I have had to actually get out of my car and walk up to the door where they bring the items out and check in with them, all the while cars that have pulled in after us have received their items and have left. My wife received an email last week informing her that WalMart was refunding the last order of $79.24 and while this was unexpected and appreciated, throwing money at the issue does not resolve the underlying problem. On our last visit on May 8th, around 8:30 pm, it took 33 phone calls to get our groceries. There should be a screenshot attached. An associate actually answered on the 8th call and informed us that they were running behind and it would be about 20 minutes. I said ok. After waiting ANOTHER 45 minutes I decided to call back. It took ANOTHER 24 phone calls to reach an associate who informed me that they were not going to be able to get our order until tomorrow because they would be closing in 30 minutes.Remember, it's only 9:30pm.  As you can imagine at this point I am totally unhappy but trying to remain civil. I went inside to speak to the grocery pickup manager. I said to him I thought you closed at 11pm not 10pm. He said they didn't have enough people to pull the orders. ANY manager that closes a store early should be immediately terminated. So I tell him it's Mothers Day weekend and we have family in for a couple days and I need my order. He says to me that I SHOULD GO PICK IT MYSELF. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. . After that statement I AM NO LONGER CIVIL. I raise my voice and ask to speak to a store manager. He informs me that he is the only manager there. I cannot believe that the grocery pickup manager is the only "MANAGER" in the store. I again tell him I need our groceries. He tells me I can either come back tomorrow or again pick them myself. I demand to get the corporate number for Bentonville, AR which he tells me he's not allowed to give it out. The only other number for corporate complaints gos to INDIA. That's utterly ridiculous. Not having a corporate complaint line that customers can call when there is a serious issue tells me that you don't care about your customers enough to help them. You just shuffle them off to INDIA where us older people can't hear or understand them. I told him I am going to take the time to file a formal complaint with WalMart and also the BBB and all of the review sites I can find. Then ALL OF A SUDDEN he says the order is ready. WOW.  But when I get home there are several items missing.  The wife is really fed up after this last encounter with your rude grocery pickup manager and is now shopping across the street at Kroger. You do not have the correct people in the proper positions. I don't know if you can't find good management or that you just don't care but your main store manager needs to get their act together or get REPLACED.     Wait, wait, wait- no one has reviewed this? I can't believe it. Okay, well, I'll try to do it…read morejustice. This is a huge, cheap clothing store. Well, it's more than that, but if you are ever in the market for clothes- any clothes- and want to save some money, come here. Even if it means driving quite a ways. Sweetie grew up coming here. They have multiple locations, but this is supposed to be the biggest and best. I hear if you come early in the day there's a better selection. We got there around 8pm on a Saturday, and still found some of what we wanted. I needed jeans, and ended up with one pair. They have a ton, but things aren't organized very well on the racks (a result of people picking through them all day.) There were lots of styles to choose from. I didn't look closely at the rest of the men's clothes, but there seemed to be a wide variety. I also ended up getting some nice slippers for way cheaper than anywhere else. It's not just clothes. There are some household goods, and odds and ends, toys, etc. Service was good, the lines weren't bad, and the place is clean and easy to get around. I'm sure we'll be back someday. I've heard about it for years, but never made it in. Now, I'll be watching for them. We need this in Columbus!

If you use the Gabes reward card, check out what I posted to their wall that is now hidden so others won't find out. So I go shopping at Gabes today. I had them ring one thing up because last month when I was there I had 147 or so points and wasn't eligible for any more coupons, and I wanted a coupon for the rest of my stuff. New month I would be eligible for coupons right? WRONG! Because the first of the year you wiped all the points off of everyones card. So now I have to start all over?? Wrong. I will never darken the door of your damn stores ever again. You screwed people when they went from 3 coupons a month to one and now you take all of the points. Thanks for nothing!

I had an older woman with blond long hair measure my son. Ive asked her time and time again to not give him tight pants and coat and she kept on giving him tight clothes. Ive come to find out she did the same for other guys and they were uncomfortable with how she was doing things. AND HERE is what set me off was that she was looking at my sons manhood. I am done going over there to get my son fitted at that mens wearhouse, and I ended up leaving not buying the suit and will have to resort to him having his grandfather suit. It makes me sick knowing there's a woman working at that place. The manager needs to fire that woman, ASAP.

We specifically asked if there would be time for it to come in and alterations to be made. Both James and the tailor Martha assured his it would be fine. The kept the pants without bothering to mark for alterations stating it would all be done at once. We went in the 3 days after the jacket came in which we were told was the next time the tailor would be in. James then informed us there was not enough time to have everything done before the event. Why they didn't measure and alter the pants while waiting for the jacket I will never understand. Very unorganized and not honest. I believe they told us what we wanted to hear to get the commission on the $700 sale. They truly do not care because there are the only suit store in town.
