I've followed this boutique on instagram for a while and was excited to see the store but it was a complete let down. The store had very little options, the people that worked there were extremely rude, and didn't have any interest in helping any of the people I was with. I live in the area and have been to this boutique a few times. Very cute boutique with very hit or miss service. Out of the 5 times I've been there only once did I get what would be considered by most "good customer service". Of course it was the day I tried on the entire store. I don't understand why great customer service is not emphasized regardless of how much or what you are purchasing or if you are purchasing at all. Yesterday afternoon I was appalled and embarrassed by the experience I encountered. It was about 3 in the afternoon Saturday and I entered the store with 3 of my girl friends. None of them had ever been to Ohm. I recalled seeing a sale they were having this weekend on Instagram. We walked in and there was one associate helping the one customer in the store. The employee said hello. My friends and I smiled and said hello back and I casually said "so I hear you're having a sale." She very rudely said, "No that's not this location and you can look up the address online" I was shocked. Why would you not even tell me where the other location is?? Are you not owned by the same person or affiliated? I was shocked but I still made an effort and ignored her rudeness. I said "oh I didn't know you had another location". She rolled her eyes and said this is considered SOMI and the other is on Sunset. I even said I'm sure this happens all the time being that both locations are on Sunset. She was not having it. It's a shame because, although, there wasn't a sale, my friends still wanted to look around. The experience left a bad taste in their mouth. It's unfortunate that they lost me as a customer and 3 new potential customers. It's not enough to have a cute boutique with a great Instagram account. Employees need to be coached on the value of customer service. Being friendly and helpful can make all the difference. It's also not enough to be helpful to one customer and rude to others. Consistency is key. I will not be returning to shop here nor will I be checking out the other location for the sale. read more

The worst customer services I have ever encountered. Some snobby teenager girl thinks because she is at the front of this little inconspicuous boutique store that she can treat customers rudely and not suffer any consequence. I'm sorry but as you know we live in an era that everything will be published online for everyone to see and I can reassure you nobody wants to spend there money at a silly boutique with terrible customer services and the Cloths mediocre!!! Please keep in mind to the owner of this store your attitude will reflect your store performance you should invest in customer friendly and knowledgeable staff. OHM, where have you been my whole life? I found this boutique on Yelp and thought that the photos of the clothing were so nice. I was a little scared to go to a boutique because I associate them with overpriced clothing. Boy was I wrong! I finally went one day and I am obsessed! Their clothing is beautiful and very reasonably priced. Most of the items in the store are under $100! You get mall prices with the boutique experience. I have been there twice and have found beautiful and classy things both times. They even have nice jewelry​, footwear, and handbags. Also, the customer​ service is amazing. I texted the store to ask about some items, and Isabella was the sweetest and most helpful person. She put an item on hold for me that I really wanted. When I went to the store to pick up the item, she even helped me find the cutest dresses and tops. Isabella went above and beyond! My only regret is not shopping OHM sooner! I might not shop anywhere else again. They have an Instagram​ where you can view their new arrivals. Oh and by the way, I visited another highly rated boutique in Kendall after visiting​ OHM and it was terrible. The clothing there was not classy at all. Love this boutique! There was one employee working when I went and she had great customer service and knew how to handle the registry and her customers at the same time. She was very attentive to her customers which I look forward to in a boutique store. I follow them on Instagram and love their clothes! It is a small boutique and therefore, didn't have a lot of options that I was hoping to look for. Otherwise, I do love the selection they had at that time. Very bohemian-chic yet sexy which I love!
