Plenty of options and they're willing to customize. It is wood fired. The subs, especially the Italian, rivals Publix both in taste and price. Staff. Tuna sub was made in heaven. Toasted bun, tomato and black olives. I was not hungry but went to Oil Well for my husbands favorite Italian sub. Best tuna sub eevvveeerrr! Service is always great. My husband and I went to checkout Oil Well Craft Beer. We were greeted by friendly staff upon entering and we were surprised to find that they were super busy, but that didn't stop the bartender from helping us right away. We found a spot to sit and take in all of the cool decor and atmosphere in the brewery. We ordered a few flights of their craft beer to share and try, and we were not disappointed. Great, fun little brewery in the middle of nowhere. Came across this place while taking back roads on motorcycles. Pulled in and was pleasantly surprised. At first didn't know whether this place was open or not. Happily it was and just so happens it was their Halloween celebration event. What a good time. Seemed as if the whole town of Ava Maria showed up. Besides that the brewery was awesome. People were fabulous and the beers were great. Was told they are expanding the brewery so they can brew on site. Looking forward to this. All in all this is a spot worth checking out. Definitely worth the 20+ miles out of the way to anywhere. AJ always knows your beer or what you would like. So many activities for the community and always a nice variety of beer. With the new expansion this place went supernova. Plenty of room now and you can hear yourself talk. Great variety of food trucks to accompany your drink. I love their own brewed amber. I usually drink amber bock ultra because regular amber bock is too heavy. Theirs is right in between and delicious. So many choices! I am not able to drink beer but there are they also have a hard cider on hand. My favorite so far is Black Berry. The owners always make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The food trucks that come are always a nice touch and we have tried a few new things! So moving onto entertainment there are always events scheduled, bands, karaoke, bingo to name a few. Comfortable industrial feel and a good selection of beer. Oil Well Beers are excellent. We didn't try the food but this is a decent selection of beer.
