I used OK Auto Carrier to bring a car from Arizona to Washington that I had purchased. I requested enclosed and found the pricing to be reasonable. The car showed up as it was when it left, all accessories and pieces intact. The driver was very nice and brought the car directly to my door. Which could be difficult given the size of his truck and trailer. Probably the only reason I didn't give them a five star review is lack of commitment to delivery window. It was mentioned that it would be delivered by a specific date but that kept slipping and ultimately not guaranteed. I am sure they were trying to make the most out of their return journey from Arizona and pick up/transport as many as possible, but I would think the estimated delivery date could be a bit more closely accurate. I just received my delivery from OK Auto Carriers last night so this review is pretty fresh on my mind. My broker assigned OK Auto Carriers to do my transport and their reviews were pretty decent so I trusted them with our new 2026 Mercedes Benz Sedan to be transported across the country. They picked it up from the Mercedes dealer just as scheduled on Jan. 28, 2026 with no issues. Delivery window was Jan. 30 - Feb 2, 2026. On Feb. 2 last day of window it was confirmed they would deliver that day. Later that afternoon, OK Carriers texted me there was a minor issue with their truck and it would not be delivered that day. Same thing Feb. 3, they would give me an ETA then call back later that they were waiting for parts and it was in repair shop. On Feb. 4 we were told they had 2 stops enroute to drop off other cars and ETA 6:30 pm, then received email update from our broker who said it was now 7:00 pm, they called changing ETA to 9:00 pm, another ETA 10:00 pm. and finally a call changing to 11:00 pm. They showed up at 11 pm, got the car unloaded by 11:24 pm. The car condition was dusty as all cars get when being transported for a week in an enclosed trailer but all was fine (huge sigh of relief!). No dents or scratches. They even put a car cover over it while in transport. So if you are considering OK Auto Carrier to transport your car: Cons: 1) There could be delays 2) They give some inconsistent statements such as stating they talked to my hubby with an update when they didn't. Another they were on the road only to find out they had not left the shop. 3) Very little Initial communication until after delivery window then they were very responsive. Pros: 1) They did deliver my car as promised, albeit 2 days after the delivery window. 2) My car arrived in great shape with no damage to the car. 3) They did not ask for more money upon delivery (unlike so many carrier reviews out there claim) 4) Drivers were polite, knowledgeable. 5) They delivered my car straight to my door even though we live in a gated subdivision where it was a little tight to get a 75 ft. trailer in and backed out. 6) They arrived in a newer truck that looked well cared for and the trailer was a true hard‑sided enclosed unit, not a curtain‑side. read more

OK Auto Carrier damaged my vehicle in an enclosed carrier. There is substantial evidence that the damage was done by the carrier, including footage of the driver unplugging my dash cam, which is extremely suspicious. Getting the damage to my vehicle was a horrible process that took nearly two months. In the end, everything was sorted financially, but the damage took many hours out of my life to fix. Do not use OK Auto Carrier, INC My 2023 Porsche was damaged in an enclosed carrier. I was told by the drivers (Mickey & Vladimir) that they would call 30 minutes in advance notifying me before their arrival. They were over 4 hours late and did NOT call me until they were at my house. I had left messages that I would be at large covered parking lot about 1.5 miles from my house to make it easier for them to deliver and to evaluate the car without the pouring rain. I told them where I was but they made me walk in the rain back to my house. They did this because the rain (had over an inch that day) would hide some of the damage. I discussed this with Vladimir and he said he would send me $120 dollars to polish some of the scratches, but that has NOT happened. Mike at OK Auto Carrier would NOT do anything saying I have to take that up with Vladimir. If your Auto Broker says that OK Auto Carrier is the transporter of your vehicle DO NOT LET THAT HAPPEN!!! Bad, scammer. I pay top dollar to a broker named "ship-a-car direct", at $1125 for a car to be shipped from Beaverton, OR to Round Rock, TX, whereas other company charged me $850-$950 at the max. Ship-a-car direct referred my business to OK Auto Carrier. Before the shipment I call OK Auto Carrier to confirm the date. On the phone it sounds like they didn't want the business. This is a bit late because I've been dealing with other things as well, but better late than never. This is a terrible company and I'll never ship with them again! Back in November I moved from Everett, WA to Las Vegas, NV for work and had to ship two cars...one of them a show car with many accolades. Through another broker, I was put in contact with OK Auto Carrier. They called me on Thursday, Oct 31 to ask if Saturday pickup was ok. I agreed but they never showed, finally showed up on Monday, Nov 4th in the evening and loaded the cars. I fully expected cars were then on the way only to find they sat in a holding lot for two MORE days, and only learned THAT because someone saw my car on the trailer and sent me a picture. No call from the carrier or driver, and no return call when I tried. Finally I was notified on Thursday that cars were on the way, and they arrived on Saturday, Nov. 9th (a full week later than initially requested and agreed to). Everyone I talked to during the course of shipping my cars seemed very nonchalant and uncaring, and only concerned about what was good for THEM, not the customer. As a side note, when the cars were delivered, one of them had a dead battery so I brought my portable jump box to start it. The driver, Vitaly, had one though so we used his and I set mine down on the curb and forgot about it until I had mov d the cars to where they would be parked. When I went back, the jumpbox was gone so I tried to call he driver (previously answered his phone quickly when arranging drop off point), who never answered. I then tried calling the company to say the driver likely had my jump box and I would like it back. They never returned my call and until this day I haven't heard anything, but never really expected to anyway. read more

From the time they picked up the car from the dealer in a small covered trailer to the time the car was delivered to me in Southern California on a 40' covered trailer the company was is close contact during the entire delivery process. My car was delivered at exactly the time and date they said they would deliver it. Their price for a covered carrier from Seattle, WA to Los Angeles, CA was $200 cheaper than expected. I had a vehicle that I needed shipped from LA. Sam from the company was very helpful from the very start. The information about pricing, pick up and delivery dates was very clear, and they took their time to explain to me what kind of truck was going to transport my SUV here. My car was picked up on time without any problems and the driver actually called me a few times to tell me where exactly he was on the way back, which helped me plan my day on the day of the delivery. Driveway to my house was to narrow for him to drive the semi into so he made sure that the nearest drop of site was safe which ended up being our local Safeway 2 min away. Ok Auto is better than OK they sent Stepan and Vasiliy from Pacific Carrier LLC. They Drove the Enclosed transport for my new Corvette from Illinois to Oregon in the winter. I had been given a 2 day window when it would be picked up and expected a 5 day travel. I had not heard anything until on the 2nd day I got a call from the Vasiliy and it was to tell me that it was going to be delivered the next day. That's as good as 2 Day Amazon but for my car. Vasiliy is a great guy and very personable and a car guy as well. If you have to ship a car that you care about it making it without damage I highly recommend these people. The worst... I had a contract with this company. The contract was put up for bid and they accepted the terms. I'm a car dealer and ship MANY cars. These guys claim I cancelled the contract. I highly recommend never to use this company. I had a vehicle shipped from Oregon to Nebraska, from a dealer to a dealer. The experience was terrible from the beginning. First, the driver showed up at the dealership unannounced 3 days early to pick up the car in Oregon. Upon delivery in Nebraska the driver was supposed to call a few hours before arrival, which he never did. He showed up just minutes before the dealership closed & never had the car inspected or the bill of lading signed. He unloaded the car & left the keys on the front seat with the doors unlocked, no one at the dealership was aware. The car had damage to the wheels, to the top, & had an additional 30 miles on the odometer from what was stated on the bill of lading & all paperwork from the dealership in Oregon. I have tried to reach out to OK Auto Carrier to file a claim & allow them to make this right but they will not return calls or emails. Please save yourself money & a lot of grief by choosing a different carrier. This company does not care about its customers or the vehicles they are transporting! read more

OK Auto Carrier doesn't just provide poor service; they are a completely unethical business that operates outside of the law. After picking up the car, Dan (he wouldn't provide a last name), said that the cost actually should be $3,000 instead of the quoted and contracted $1,900. They also refused to accept a credit card (though that was the originally agreed-upon method of payment) and demanded a money order or cash. Once the car arrived, they then refused to deliver the vehicle to the given address (downtown Seattle, as agreed in the contract) or an alternate that I provided in Bellevue. Instead, Dan demanded that I come down to their lot in Federal Way immediately, and if I didn't, they would store the car at a cost of $125/day. Knowing that I worked full-time in Bellevue and would have difficulty leaving during the day on such short notice, they guaranteed themselves many hundreds of extra dollars in additional revenue from this last trick. Be careful playing hardball with these guys. If you don't pay up, they can claim that the car is abandoned and then sell it, and some of these organizations have relationships with corrupt DMV employees who will print titles for them (search for the CNN article "Confessions of a Tow Truck Driver," which I came across while I was doing research into my options after Dan threatened to, in effect, steal my car---see next paragraph for the nature of that threat). Selling "abandoned" cars can actually be a huge part of the business model for companies like this. Movers who change the price after picking up goods technically are in violation of 49 CFR 375.213, but that didn't do anything to stop these guys. I even cited the law to them (specifically, that it provides for a fine of $10,000 per day for movers who change the price by more than 10%). Dan's response was, verbatim: "your car is mine now. You signed the bill of lading; I own it. If you want it back, you need to pay me." Notwithstanding the obvious lie that he "owned" my car, there really is not much you can do when someone else has physical possession of your goods. You can try to get the Attorney General's Office to open an investigation, but it'll be years before you get your car back through that route, if ever. You could try a civil suit, but you'd spend tens of thousands of dollars on lawyers just to make the attempt. Dan mentioned that the company has five lawyers on staff, and I actually believe that. He also mentioned that they record all of their calls (that's also illegal without two-party consent in Washington for those of you keeping score), so they're very, very well-practiced in how to scam and would probably outspend you in litigation. Do not, under any circumstances, allow this company to touch anything you own. I'll file a complaint with the State Attorney General as well as the BBB, but the AG gets thousands of complaints every week; they can only act on ones with a lot of volume. Also, to the prior reviewer's point: I was the victim of the third-party contracting game as well. I had no idea that this company would even be involved; I checked out the logistics company but not the carrier. Lesson learned: DO YOUR DILIGENCE ON THE CARRIER AS WELL; they're the guys who ultimately can rake you over the coals, because your car is locked up in their lot. Ultimately, my story has a "happy" ending, but I'm very, very lucky. I was shipping out an "extra" car that I didn't really need, and I had legal resources on my end. I spoke with attorneys, did my research, spent literally hours on the phone negotiating, and didn't bow to their outrageous demands. The logistics contractor also got nervous and helped negotiate on my behalf. For someone without any legal budget and in desperate need of their car to get to work or take care of their kids, though, this would be devastating. These criminals can make thousands and thousands of extra dollars per shipment with this game (and potentially tens of thousands if you can't afford to pay the scam rates, and they sell your car), and most people have no choice but to pay up. It's especially revolting that they prey on those who serve in our military (see the prior review). Don't be a victim, and please do file a complaint with the Washington AG if you've received similar treatment. UPDATED 10/1/15: Got a call today from Dan requesting that I remove the review. It wasn't a particularly coherent call. He began by notifying me that he absolutely could have charged $3,000 and that I should be thankful that he didn't: "I would have taken $3,000 from you if I had really wanted to. I bet you a million dollars I would have." He also again referenced the fact that he could have sold the car. The call then moved to threats, with Dan telling me that "things come around to you, and it's going to come back around to you real soon." Finally, he offered a $50 gift card to remove this review.
