Purchased a brand new 32' brand new 32 foot RV in 23. Drive 87 miles to drop it off as there a several things that need to be addressed while still under warranty. They had me drop it off the RV the last week of May - more than 3 weeks ago. It's been sitting there and has yet to have a diagnostic run on it so no parts have been ordered. Why the heck do they schedule an appt for it to just sit there!!! Their response when I complained was I could Come get it once it's diagnosed and take it home and bring back when the parts are in. . WTHeck? Hey Valley RV. How about you schedule vehicles in a similar manner as any other repair shop. This is such a shawty way of doing business. Sales experince was fine, we knew what we wanted and purchased at a winter sale price. The service experience has been excellent. This makes me happy about purchasing at Valley. We just finished our last warranty visit, while one of the parts replaced came from the factory with a flaw, the team at Valley did a great job working through the list of items that needed addressed. I purchased a used RV, probably a reasonable deal, definitely not a bargain. Met the service dept before the purchase, they walked me through the prep on a used RV and helped sell me on doing business here. Make sure you address anything that concerns you on the purchase contract as you would with any dealer. I forgot to note two items and surprise, they are still there... my fault. I had hopes they would see and address issues not written up, but no. Not a surprise but also why I give them 3 starts and not 4. They did make the purchase experience pleasant and simple and they did address everything written on the work order / purchase agreement to my satisfaction. Did they go over and above my expectations? Nope! I truly hoped they would... They did however meet expectations. They also did NOT over promise and under perform, which is noteworthy. They seemed honest and up front which is super important. 3 Stars for a dealer = meets expectations (acceptable), good for a dealer. Overall a positive experience. We recently purchased a new trailer from Valley RV Supercenter and our experience was an absolute 10/10. We worked with Ray on the purchase. We were slightly skeptical at first when going to the lot (expecting typical sales tactics), but Ray was amazing! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us through the process. When it came time to complete paperwork and talk numbers, he made everything simple and there was no pressure whatsoever. On the Finance side, Derek was great and took the time to really help us understand our options. He even managed to get us a killer rate with our preferred credit union. On pick up day, the service team spent an hour walking us through the unit and answering any questions we had. They even took the time to make sure the kids got their questions answered as well. We just purchased a Jayco Seneca coach that was used, but in very good condition. Our sales person, Chance was wonderful and allowed us to spend a lot of time in the dealership as we negotiated a deal. He was a lot of fun and we put him to the test through the negotiation process . The finance person, Derek was a lot of fun and made that process easier and was super helpful even after the purchase agreement was set. Derek introduced us to Tim, whom will be our Service Advisor......surprise! my husband and he found they had many mutual friends and he has many years experience and knowledge so when buying a used RV that was comforting to know. He has been a lot of fun to get to know! We had to reschedule our delivery date (our request) and they were very accommodating. The delivery experience was a lot of fun.....our Technician, Dave was really fun to go through the coach and allowed me to video along the way so we wouldn't forget things. Valley RV also went above what we expected when they did the PDI.....Dave had them replace our refrigerator and all 6 batteries as they were subpar and not functioning 100% (remember a used RV). AND took care of all of it for no additional charge! They even took us for a quick drive to show us how to actually drive the coach......it's 39'.....very intimidating. Travis, also in Finance got us through all the final paperwork, again a lot of fun to chat with. And FYI.....the person that runs the Parts Department is a hoot and knows her stuff And helped us pick out a few things for the RV. Even after we took delivery a couple days later we couldn't figure out the camera system......I called them and Tim and Dave were EXTREMELY helpful and patient....and with a quick FaceTime call Dave had us up and going! All in all, our first RV purchase was fantastic and I hope we get to continue that relationship with them as we navigate our way through ownership and maintenance. Took my 5th wheel in for wheel pack. They wanted it for a month but got to it in a week which was good. Said I needed new backing plates which I agreed to. Asked what my total price was and they said $1100 ballpark. Ballpark apparently grew to $1500 when I got there. Said it was ready but didn't have my Anderson hitch back on and had to search for it. Got to stand in the rain helping them do that. Noticed it was not level when I went to attach to truck. My lippert level system was out of whack (never happened before). Called them when I got home to see what I needed to do to fix the leveling system but was put on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. Fixed it myself by spending 45 minutes watching you tube videos. Brought our motor home to valley r.v. Super center in to repair the radio for the second time. First time valley r.v. said it was a bad connection. The second time the technician said the radio was bad, so I brought it home and removed and replaced the radio $$$ but still no radio. I had to write and ask Jayco for the wiring diagram, the 12v supply wire was only delivering 10 volts. I reran a new wire that repaired the radio. They had no problem winterizing for $192 (blow out water lines) and shuffle us out the door, obviously did not look into the broken radio. Never go there for anything! We bought a 2022 Jayco class C, we paid $105,000 for we wanted to upgrade to bigger unit our r.v. We paid $105,000 one year earlier but was told it was worth $63,000 trade in, they offered us wholesale price for our one year old r.v., but they only will sell you their r.v. Retail no budging. Terrible service. Bait and switch pricing. We have been to this dealership on 2 different purchase attempts. The first time the guy that helped us was very snotty and talked bad about all other dealers/brands. So we left - The time we decided to try again (one year later as we are upgrading from a travel trailer to a class A). The salesmen were not very informative and kept rushing us (we had an appointment but it was towards the end of the day). When we went to buy we had a few other issues- The guy that was selling to us was not getting commission because someone else had emailed us. I had done a value check on our trade and it automatically links you to someone via email, there was no back and forth via email. This was not the person we were dealing with when we were looking in person so we didn't want someone else to get the commission. Also I had emailed the guy that was showing us the RVs and someone else responded to the email. Then when they wrote up all the papers they had a higher price than we were told, also higher than what they had on the internet and they would not match the price they had it advertised with. We left and will buy our unit at another dealership even if it means driving to another state. read more

Purchased at Valley Supercenter in Kent, WA sight unseen. The vehicle was shipped to Anchorage without promised equipment - no starter kit, LP tank not upgraded to 30lb, no apparent PDI performed by dealer. After first outing two trim panels fell off and rear bath floor trim came undone. In repairing these items found drawer bottom panel became detached, 110V outlet stack in kitchen was not tightened, and bottom exterior stair tread had stripped screws causing the entire thread to be loose. Other observations: Poor caulking Poor cabinetry workmanship 2 yr warranty is meaningless - Jayco warranty cannot be contacted other than through a dealer. read more

Very poor experience with this dealership and with their "Internet" sales person Charlie Roy. After finding a couple of used RVs that we were interested in on Craigslist, my wife and I (and our 18mo. toddler) visited Valley RV Supercenter to take a look. Charlie didn't apparently do any homework or bother to show us any of the used RVs (the ones we specifically wanted to see) but rather tried the hard sell on a brand new RV. After we saw a few of them, we had seen what we needed to. Charlie tried the hard sell, we declined, then Charlie offered to get us a brochure and some rough numbers so we could look at them, so sure, we went in (that was a mistake). Charlie went off and spent over 10 minutes keeping us waiting, he came back out with no brochure, some numbers but wanted my driver's license to talk about them (what?!). We left. He did, as a last gasp, offer to get me a brochure, but that took more time, didn't bother to staple his business card to it (it's fine, we're not going to use it anyway), and we left with a VERY bad taste in our mouths. This was the second RV shop we'd been to, so luckily we had a good experience in hand before going down to Valley RV. Highly discourage anyone from going there, highly discourage anyone from working with Charlie. Someone else's review here suggested that this RV dealership makes used car dealers look good - that sounds about right. It was good to look at the Jayco models, but we'll be buying something else better from somewhere else better. read more

This RV dealsership is what gives RV sales such a bad name. When I arrived I asked the salesman to use the bathroom before we talked. The mens room was like something you would find in a campground that isan't maintained. it had zero paper towels, zero soap and was generally a mess. When I told the salesman what I wanted to look at he pulled out his phone to see if he had it, yet we were stand ng next to four units of what I wanted to see. He literally had zero knowledge of the Jayco Terrain vehicle, yet he tried to BS me with facts that weren't true. If you are looking for an RV there are delaerships around that are 100 percent better, buyer beware. read more

I started looking for RV's over a year ago. This would be our 1st RV purchase. We visited over 8 RV dealers in the Seattle/Eastside Area. Two main items weighed in heavily towards our decision. 1. The quality and knowledge of the sales staff. 2. The quality and warranty of the RV itself. Purchase our first RV became slightly stressful because there is a broad range of options, trim, and quality levels available. Nearly all dealers and manufactures had a large amount of negative and positive comments and reviews through out the internet. At the end of the year we accepted the fact that when you tow an RV is is like towing a small house, and taking that house through micro earthquakes every time, and every RV will have items that need to settle in and be repaired. At the end off all this we ended up right where we started Valley RV & Jayco. We purchased a Jayco 32BH which we thought was a great travel trailer for camping with 3 kids. The staff at Valley RV was always professional and was more knowledge about their products and others than any other dealer. They where able to provide a competitive price even on an RV model that was in high demand. I asked the dealer a series of questions that I had already asked the manufacture and got the exact same answers which was great!. Purchasing was easy, interest rate was great, their advice on the few extra I should get was well founded again the prices where good. I had to call them a few times after in the following weeks to refresh my memory on some functionality and other items and they so far have been great! Great shopping experience, great buying experience, I would highly recommend this dealer ship and the sales person Chuck. The service center people and the walk through people where also fantastic. I took a friend with me through the walk through that was very familiar with RV's and they found two smaller issues, that they RV check out tech fixed within the hour. I'll never let them touch or purchase anything from them ever again. From the get go when we showed up to pick it up brand new we should've left it there because they had let both bunk mattresses go to someone else. Then they lied right to my face that they had no idea what happened. Obviously someone far down the line started grabbing mattresses out of trailers to go to the latest buyer and they never bothered to order new ones. Delayed our pick up a week then didn't give two sharts about it. While we waited at the dealer for an hour for an explanation the dude we were waiting to talk to walked in casually with his lunch. HE WENT TO LUNCH WITH A BRAND NEW PISSED OFF CUSTOMER STANDING IN THE SHOWROOM. I'll never shop there again and urge everyone I know to go elsewhere. We had an appointment for our brand new 5th wheel to have some warranty work done. We took it in on Feb. 12 and it sat there for 6 weeks before they even looked at it. After two more weeks, we were told it was ready. When we went to pick it up, they wanted us to sign for it before we even saw it - fortunately we knew better. Of the list of 6 items, they had only fixed one. They kept it another week and still, things did not get fixed. We have been put off, ignored, and lied to multiple times. They lied to the company rep we were working with about us as well. We still have a brand new rig with multiple warranty problems and an appointment with a different dealer in the hopes of getting things resolved. The service department here is worthless, and worse, dishonest. (I don't know why this posted as though I were in CA. I live in WA.) read more

My Jayflight was damaged there while in for service. The exterior door was dented. I didn't see it on the walk around because the door was open upon my arrival. It was at the exterior base of the door. Upon contacting the service manager, he informed me that they would not fix it -and that even if they did damage it, I signed s waiver releasing of responsibility if it was damaged under their care. When I finally contacted the Owner/GM, he went on to add that he doesn't need customers like me. Please keep in mind that I bought my 32tsbh Jay Flight from that dealership new. It appears to me their couldn't care less about their customers or their concerns. At one point in an attempt to keep me quiet about the situation, he threatened me with slander and libel telling me his attorney would get involved. When I informed him that my wife is in fact an attorney, his response was, "Great. So you get that for free just like you're trying to get us to fix your door for free!" Our RV is owned outright by us. It's not that we cannot afford to fix it, it's about companies owning up when they make mistakes. Tim in Service is a great guy that really tries to help. I went in for service today and after having called 2 weeks ago to get a waiting appointment for my furnace that wont kick on and stay on. We went through the trouble shooting with them 2 weeks ago, and it was determined that it is likely the board in the furnace which they have the part on hand.
