Terrible experience with the service. I'm sending my car from Seattle to San Jose The company required FULL PAYMENT 1 day before pick up. Cancellation fee $150 if you're not inform them 5 days before the reservation day which is understandable until you there is a PROBLEM. They scheduled a 3days window for pick up from Fri - Sun. Then 1 day before the pick up the gave me a 6HOURS window from 1PM - 6PM on Friday. The driver that texted me name Andy (this gentleman has ZERO idea whats called customer service) he's from the 3rd party company name ELITE SERVICE. He didnt let me change the it from Fri to Sat by texting "No, tomorrow only". Because of the company's policies so I'm okay with that but had to change the pick up destination to my wife's work place. On Friday I heard nothing back from the company eventhough it's 5h30pm. Texted Andy the driver, called him multiple times but there's no answers, not even a message. I had to messaged Reece the receptionist, tried to reach Rebecca the accoutant, John from DispacthTeam still no replies. 6h30pm none of the staffs answer my calls, texts or emails. At this point I just want to cancel my reservation but they took the whole payment already and not sure if there's gonna be a conpensation as the company didnt keep their reputation. My wife finished work at 7pm I told her to stay until 7h15 if the driver arrive. 7h30 when my wife on her way home, the driver called her said he 12mins away so she had to come back. The driver picked up our car is Michael not Andy who texted me in the first place. At 8pm Reece the receptionist emailed me said he couldnt get ahold from Andy and will keep me update ASAP. This showed how unprofessional the company is as I got my car delivered at 7h45 already but still they didnt know what's going on. Till the day my car is shipped to San Jose they still not send any updated email only if you email them first. I believe that as long as they got the money they're done with their part, everything else is the 3rd party fault. Big thanks to REECE as he's the only who took care of us eventhough it's 8pm I know he's not supposed to be working at that time. About USA AUTO TRANSPORT I would not recommend this company to anyone that need a transport service in the future, I hope anyone who's about to choose the company look at this review and have an idea about what might happen to you and how irresponsible the company is. read more

Car pickup for a $200k+ Audi R8 was very bad. Paid $1400 for Seattle to LA enclosed trailer. For pickup -- driver couldn't fit the car easily in the ramp, and made me stand in the ramp just to hold it down so it could work. They should have brought a second person or a different ramp for a low sports car. He was also nervous and unsure, and when he pulled in the car it was so close to the side he couldn't get out of the side door and climbed on the top of my car and slide down the windshield. For drop off -- driver was also late by a day. The text reminders said Nov 3-4 and they said the driver would call day of for drop off. He did on Nov 4 saying he'd be there in evening time. However I got a later call he wouldn't be there til 11pm and asked for the next day Nov 5. Overall -- I had to rebook my work flight from 5th to 6th just to wait for my car. They said it's guaranteed in 7 business days so it's technically within delivery window, just the driver confirmed Friday 4th on the phone and then changed to Saturday 5th. It felt uncomfortable with the loading experience and unreliable with the delivery window. The car didn't have any damage thankfully so I added a star. To resolve -- I spoke to their team who called for feedback at the end and asked to amend the issues. Edit: they have escalated to management and we're very helpful so added another star to make it 3. To close, I don't recommend for luxury cars as the pickup was a scary experience -- in my search, I found the place with best ratings and quality price (since I don't mind paying for great work) but the service was bad overall and caused me a lot of stress during my move. read more

I live in Seattle but bought a car from a friend in Florida. I was starting to get overwhelmed researching shipping companies / costs since all of the websites ask for your info then spam you with various quotes. I finally figured out that I could just call a local company even though the car was out of state since Seattle Auto Shipping is a broker and schedules the actual shipping with one of their various partner transport companies depending on the location (they used USA Auto Transport for my shipment). I spoke with George and he was very helpful in explaining the process, answering my questions, and helping me get started. They shipped my 2010 Honda Fit to Seattle from south Florida for $1,200 (which is the going rate on an open air / uncovered semi. Covered shipping is extra). The price included their insurance coverage up to $100,000 (It's still wise to have the car be insured with your company as well) and they said I could put up to an additional 100lbs in the car if I needed anything else shipped with it. I called on a Monday and they were able to arrange USA Auto Transport to pick up my car on Wednesday. They guarantee it will arrive within two weeks but it only took 8 days to get here. They also won't charge your card until they have picked up the car. They picked up the car from my friends house in south Florida and, while they do offer door to door service depending on the location, I live on a very steep narrow street so I met the truck driver at a spot about 10 minutes away that was more suitable for him to unload. He called / texted me as i requested on the days leading up to his arrival to update me with his ETA. I examined the car for damage (I had my friend take photos before it was shipped) and found none so I signed off and that was it! Overall, I'm very happy with the service. I recommend calling as I was unfamiliar with the process of a shipping broker but George at Seattle Auto Shipping told me everything I needed to know and the process was exactly as he described. read more

I've been working with Bruce and he's been tremendous in listening to our frustrations, as well as helping us with a rental car for a week. Bruce's help lessened the burden on my family, and for that I'm grateful. I live in California but purchased a 2018 BMW M3 CS from a dealership in Seattle. I googled the top 10 auto transport companies in Seattle, and this company came up. I gave them a call and spoke with Jordan. Jordan was very nice and courteous. He informed me my vehicle would be insured up to $100,000 should anything happen to it, and that they would be in communication with me during the entire transportation process. As other's have noted this company is a shipping broker. I received a text message from USA Auto Transport that my car would be picked up on Dec. 4th or 5th. To my surprise my vehicle was picked up at the dealership I bought it at by USA Auto transport on Friday, Dec. 3rd. Thankfully the dealership let me know my vehicle was being picked up and was kind enough to take pictures and send me a link to the bill of lading. I never heard anything from Seattle Auto Shipping or USA Auto Transport. I called Seattle Auto Shipping on Saturday, Dec. 4th to inquire about my car, since I still hadn't heard from them that it had been picked up, and hadn't been informed of their delivery schedule. I received a text message from USA Auto Transport stating the driver was working on his delivery schedule. Sunday I received a text saying my car had a rough delivery date of 12/7-12/8. Monday I received another text stating the estimated time of delivery was now 12/8-12/9. I received a call from the transport driver on Tuesday evening that my car would be delivered late afternoon on Wednesday. On Wednesday about 3pm I called the transport driver to see if he was getting close. I was informed by the transport driver the Tesla above my car caught fire, the fire dripped down to the top of my car, and my car caught fire and was destroyed. The driver sent me a picture of the Tesla on fire and the fire dripping down onto my car. NO ONE from Seattle Auto Shipping, or USA Transport called to let me know. I had to call Jordan at Seattle Auto Shipping to ask what happened. He transferred me to another department. I ended up speaking with Bruce. Bruce informed me that he was sending me an email with all the pictures of my car. No one informed me where my car was taken. I had to text the transport driver for that information. We were flying into Fort Worth on January 12th and and to our surprise the driver Had given us a few days heads up that he may be there the same day we got there which was awesome as it would save us some money with a rental car. We landed on the 12th and heard from the driver just like he said he would follow up. Unfortunately he had a headlight go out during during the last day of the trip so he had to pull over to make some minor repairs that did putting behind a few.
