I had a crack in my windshield for a few years. It started out small enough that if I cared I could've gotten it fixed easily, but the crack started spreading until it pretty much spanned the entirety of the windshield. Because it was so large, I ended up having to replace the entire windshield. I called Primo's Auto Glass (PAG) and got a quote for my car. The price they quoted was about $100 cheaper than what Safelite quoted, so I was pretty happy with that. Then I called another local windshield repair place to compare prices. When the lady with other company gave me their quote, she asked if I had gotten any other quotes. I mentioned PAG and the lady said, "I can't beat their prices. I don't know how they do it." Once I heard that, I decided to set up a time to get my windshield replaced. What's great about PAG is that they'll drive out and do the replacement for you as long as you're in the OKC area. It took them about 20 minutes to replace my windshield and it's been great since. About a month after the replacement, I don't hear or feel any air leaking through while driving. If you need to get your windshield replaced, PAG is a fantastic choice. It's definitely the most economical. read more

I called them on a Saturday morning after I had to break my own back window out of my work truck. The price they quoted over the phone was the exact price I paid. They vacuumed out my broken glass and even matched the tint on the window which I was not expecting. I was excited to get a new windshield on my 64 impala and had called around a few places that could actually work with the chrome around it. They said they could but that it would take about a day or so due to the complexity of it. They called me two hours later said that it was ready to be picked up, that they had cracked it during the installation but were not gonna charge me for it. Picked it up and all my chrome pieces were in the back seat. Guess they figured since they weren't going to charge me that they just weren't going to put it back together either. Called to get a windshield for my daughter's car, got a quote of $165.00. Sent my daughter to get her windshield replaced, and then the price changed to $300 because they "were out" of the one they quoted me. I believe they should've said that before they started taking the old one off. Not happy at all!!! read more

This is the location on SW 29th street. Had windshield replaced 9/24/18. 10/26/2018 it was leaking. Took it in 10/27/2018 for repairs. Well they "repaired" it from the inside of the car, no you don't do it from the inside! Got the sealant crap all over the trim AND the brand new headliner that was just installed. Let water run down into the dash broke the blastic covering that hides the wires to the rearview mirror..... I called 10 minutes after I left when I noticed all this and of course no answer. Left a message. Will see if the call back Monday. read more

I had several problems with my vehicle- the first and most pressing was that my back windows would no longer work (broken motors) and one window was stuck in the down position (broken regulator). They got me in quickly and explained everything that they were planning to do, including options for me to keep the service cheaper. While they were working on that, I decided that while I was there I might as well have them replace my windshield that was cracked all the way across and re-tint the back window that my son had decided to pull off. They had no trouble adding that to the list of repairs and gave me great deals since I was knocking everything out at once. All prices were comparable, and in some cases, much cheaper than what others quoted me. I was in at 9:30 and out by 11:30 on a Friday morning. Very kind and friendly service. I would highly recommend to anyone in the metro. read more

a google search showed Safelite AutoGlass as a top result they have negative reviews and several of them recommended this place. I called on my lunch break and they had a new window in my car in less than an hour. Price was good also. Do yourself a favor and call this place FIRST. read more

I had a piece of road debris fly through my windshield on the interstate this morning. After several calls to the competition who quoted me much higher prices and told me they could not schedule me until tomorrow, the Windshield Dude referred me to Primo's (Windshield Dude is very nice but only does repairs, not replacements) These nice folks had the windshield replaced in less than 4 hours, came to me, and even cleaned up all the glass inside the car! Call these folks first, Safelite has nothing on them! read more

I called all over OKC to get my passenger window replaced. I got a lot of expensive quotes, they would have to order it or it won't be until next week answers! Most glass repair business was not even open on Saturday! I went to PRIMO's and service was GREAT! I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. Took my car here thinking I would save a little bit of money. They put the WRONG WINDSHIELD on my car and blamed me for it. All they did to accomodate me was take $10 off. Praying to god my windshield does not begin leaking or cracking any day now. They said they called us several times to ask us but they only called once and literally it was right before I pulled up. Should have spent the extra $20 and gone to real professionals. If your one job is to do windshields, maybe invest in educating your employees on actually reading what windshield to order before getting it. They offered to keep my car there (which had no windshield - they took it off before they bothered to check) for a few days before trying to get the correct windshield but that was not an option for me. Terrible experience and horrible customer service. Please trust me and find somewhere else just as cheap or slightly more and get the job done right the first time. read more

My back windshield was busted out on a Saturday. I couldn't get ahold of them till Monday morning around 9:00am, but I'm glad I waited. They came to me and was here within an hour of me calling. Great customer service and very friendly technician. They only charged me $215.00 which was $30.00-$113.00 less than all the other quotes I had received. read more
