When we arrived at the terminal he didn't even put the car in park and it crept forward as I was trying to get my luggage out of the trunk. As I walked around the side of the car he was screaming at someone on the phone using profanities. I knocked on the window to pay the fare and he flipped me off and drove away with the trunk open. I watched as he drove off and he didn't even realize the trunk was open. I would have rated 1 star but it was a free ride so I'll give them 2.
